Essentially a house with 1 bedroom on the 1st floor and 2 double bedrooms on the upper floor.
Decorated and cleaned to a high standard with carpeting throughout. Carpets and sofas are cleaned the week before Summer letting begins.
Lounge with plasma tv with Free view channels, DVD player, unlimited BT broadband .
Hot-water provided by off peak electric heating overnight and then by push button system after that.
As 1 bathroom/shower recommend 5 guests although can sleep 6 at guest's own discretion.

There is on street parking on Market St. adjacent to apartment.
Parking is free from 5pm to 9am and on Sundays. There is a charge for day time parking by the local council with a 2 hour maximum stay.
Free parking is available at Petherham Bridge behind bus station and near to the tennis courts. Car park 5 min west of Logies Lane.
The Fife region
Fife known as the Kingdom of Fife is an extremely pretty part of the world with stunning coastal views and beautiful countryside. It is a temperate area perfect for walking, golfing and cycling, any outdoor activity.
The Kingdom is steeped in history outwith St Andrews. There is Dunfermline Abbey burial place of Robert the Bruce and Falkland Palace frequented by Mary Queen of Scots with beautiful gardens and one of the first tennis courts.
Apart from the golfing oasis which is St Andrews there are several famous courses nearby; the Castle, Kingsbarns, Crail Golfing Society, Lundin Links, and Leven Links.
There are the picturesque fishing villages of Crail, Elie, Anstruther and Pittenweem to visit, not forgetting the Pittenweem Art Festival in August.
St Andrews Links offers 6 public courses to play including the Old Course, to book t times online go to the St Andrews Links website.
Other places of golfing interest are the British Golf Museum and the Himalayas putting course.
St Andrews has one of the oldest universities with quads, spires and an excellent museum telling its story.
Other places of historic interest are the 13th century cathedral, St Rules tower and the castle which has a bottle dungeon and a tunnel.
St Andrews has a Botanic Garden and Craigtoun Park is a great outdoor space for children.

"Getaway in the heart of St Andrews"
We live in the very back of beyond, and since we are townies at heart, this place was exactly right for a few days. We were a bit bothered we had gone too far into town when we arrived, as it is in a … More
Thanks for the review, glad you enjoyed the flat's central location. As we manage the flat ourselves and meet guests we have to agree a time which was 3pm. We handed over the keys to you at 2.30pm tidied away the hoover and the flat was available from 3pm. Usually Logies Lane is available at 1pm but we swapped with our other flat to give you a later time.
