Set in the exclusive Sahara Park Courtyard development, Elie Beach House is a lovely home for a holiday.

A well appointed and spacious house set over 2 floors, it comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room, dining room and kitchen with door out to courtyard.

On arrival at Sahara Park there is a parking space outside the front door for your exclusive use. There are additional spaces in the courtyard for a second car or visitors. 2 steps up to the front door and there is a small entry hall for coats and shoes from which you step straight in to the spacious sitting room.

The sitting room is lovely and sunny with ample seating for 6 plus people. There is a TV with Freeview digital channels and DVD player. There is an electric living flame fire although the house is very cosy with gas central heating.

The sitting room leads to a hallway and the stairs. To the left of the hall is the kitchen, the right is the dining room and also downstairs bathroom.

Kitchen is large and well equipped with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge and freezer. The cupboards are well stocked with cooking utensils and there are plenty of dishes for 6 people. There is a door which leads to the front patio which overlooks the road. The patio has a gate and some items of garden furniture.

Dining room located to the right of the hall is a lovely sun-filled room with large window looking out to the courtyard. The table seats 6, however there are additional chairs and an additional table for entertaining. The room has a sideboard and some lovely floorstanding floral arrangements.

Downstairs bathroom: this newly refurbished bathroom has a fabulous walk in shower room with toilet and wash hand basin and is very spacious.

The stairs follow the curve of the tower of the development returning up to the main landing which is walled with floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes ideal for storage of cases or clubs and general holiday paraphernalia.

There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. All the bedrooms are carpetted.

Bedroom 1 has views to the rear and the sea can be spied from this window There are twin beds and plenty of wardrobe space.

Bedroom 2 also with views to the rear and the sea is the main double bedroom with good wardrobe and cupboard space.

Bedroom 3 is located across the landing adjacent to the family bathroom. It has a single bed with a full size single pullout bed. There is a wardrobe and dressing table.

Family bathroom: This large bathroom is beautifully finished with a large bath with shower attachment, wash hand basin and toilet. Spacious and comfortable, this is a lovely bathroom.

The Fife region

The East Neuk of Fife is one of Scotland's favored holiday destinations and is well known for its mild maritime climate and pretty coastal villages and harbours. St Andrews, approximately 13 miles away, is famed worldwide as the home of golf and, in addition to the seven courses run by the Links Trust at St Andrews, there are many other well regarded local courses including Lundin Links, Crail, Kingsbarns and Leven.

Edinburgh is some 43 miles and there are also daily train services from nearby Kirkcaldy as well as domestic and international flights from Dundee airport.

The Fife Coastal Route Walk is easily accessible and there are fantastic walks to both St Monans and round the coast towards Shell Bay and Lower Largo. Elie is a popular coastal village famed for its "way of life" and amenities. Elie Beach stretches from the nearby Pier in a broad sweep over some 1 1/4 miles to Earlsferry point and borders both the village of Elie and nearby Earlsferry. Both villages combined form a Royal Burgh and provide a wonderful environment for beach activities and water sports. In addition, Elie has a well regarded Links Course which is used as a qualifying course when the open championship comes to St. Andrews every five years.In addition, Elie sports club also has all weather tennis courts, a nine-hole course, particularly suited to children, and in the summer there are well organized children's activity clubs on a daily basis. The High Street has an interesting selection of shops including a delicatessen, a former Michelin-starred

restaurant and two banks.
