The master bedroom on the top floor is particularly impressive with a beamed 15" ceiling , crystal chandeliers and a living area .

All bedrooms have large built in wardrobes and the bathrooms have villeroy and boch sanitary ware and Hansgrohe showers .The property has wifi , sky tv and Apple TV and 2 off-road parking spaces are provided with a motorised turntable allowing the driver to enter traffic in a forward gear . The property has the latest gas central heating system and is of SIPS construction providing tremendous insulating properties .The town house also has a fire suppresion system and fire doors fitted throughout .


The property is a 5 minute walk to the centre of town for shopping and dining options and 5 minutes from the first tee of the world famous old course . The kingdom of fife and the old grey toon of St. Andrews are steeped in history . The journey from Edinburgh airport and the south takes you across the forth road bridge with views of the iconic rail bridge passing by the ancient capital of Scotland , Dunfermline , the birthplace of Andrew Carnegie . St Andrews is home to Scotland's oldest university , world famous golf courses , parks , beaches , a sea life centre , museums and some fantastic restaurants and bars .the east neuk of fife is a short drive away with its array of fishing villages to explore as well as a number of additional golf courses . Dundee , Perth , Edinburgh and Aberdeen are all within 2 hours journey time of the town by car , bus or train and are great places to visit for a day trip . If you are planning a short break , a family holiday or a golfing trip then St Andrews is a wonderful destination and base to sample all the region has to offer.

St Andrews

The property is situated in the centre of St Andrews a five minute walk from the shops , restaurants and bars. A ten minute walk to the west sands beach and five minutes to the first tee of the old course . It is situated opposite the tennis club and kinburn park which houses the St Andrews museum as well as a coffee shop , lawn bowls and a family putting green . Close by is the lade braes walk for a relaxing stroll beside the water . If you want to park your car and not use it again until you leave then this is the perfect property as it is central to almost everything .

This is the best holiday rental house in St Andrews by far, it's a new build with no expense spared which is plainly obvious to see the moment you walk through the front door , it is situated less than 2 minutes walk away from market street & the old course, I spoke with Debbie a couple of times & nothing was too much trouble at all , from the pool room to the bedrooms which are more than spacious, especially the one at the top of the house , (don't think I've ever been in a shower that big) right down to the kitchen & lounge downstairs which are massive , 'the town house' just oozes quality & all 8 of our party have all said that we are not contemplating trying anywhere else next year in case we are disappointed !!! So in brief , if you are a group of 8 guys (or even a couple of families) look no further than the town house !! IT WILL NOT DISSAPOINT !!!
