Welcome to a recently renovated large 4 bdrm detached home in the lovely Roman City of St Albans. The property is a 4 bed, detached family home located in a good neighbourhood close to all amenities. All bedrooms are large dbl bdrms.

Master bdrm has an American King size bed, 42" tv with all Sky satellite channels en-suite shower room. Second bdrm has an American Queen size bed and en-suite shower room. 3rd bdrm is very large with a toddler bed and a single high sleeper. With plenty of space to add a travel cot or a blow up mattress (which we can provide on request). 4th bdrm is a dbl with a double futon. There is also a large family bathroom with granite tiles and a deep 2 person soaker tub with shower.

Downstairs is open plan with a 64" wall mounted tv with all Sky satellite tv channels, leather sectional sofa, large kitchen with granite worktops, range cooker, American side-by-side fridge/freezer, dishwasher. 8 seater dining area which has 10ft bi-folding doors which open out onto the garden to provide even more openness in the downstairs living area. This is really lovely for dinner time as it provides an al-fresco dining experience if it's not quite warm enough to eat outside.

Outside has an 8 seat teak dining set and a section rattan lounge which captures the last bit of evening sun at the back of the garden. 8 hob gas BBQ with extra tray and gas element so all cooking can be done outside if desired.

Off street parking.

St Albans itself is a great place to visit with a town centre that has plenty of great restaurants and shops. Including M&S, Jamie's Italian, Jamie's Deli, Raymond Blanc's Brasserie Blanc, to name a few of the famous ones. But also great, independent restaurants and pubs. You will also find St Albans Cathedral, Verulamium park with it's large pond and Roman ruins. The main attraction is, Ye Old Fighting Cocks, the oldest pub in Britain! You have all of this and more on your doorstep with the added advantage of being only a 20 min direct train ride into central London without having to pay the massive London accommodation rates!

Lots of cycling and walking trails, playgrounds for the kids and country pubs.

If you would like someone to clean the property on departure, please let us know and we can arrange that at an extra cost.
