No 60 Perran View is a delightfully spacious three bedroom bungalow on the Perran View Holiday Village which has been recently refurbished and completely updated, and offers a large open plan lounge and a spacious kitchen-dining room, one double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms. The bathroom has a bath and power shower and there is a separate WC.
The kitchen has a fitted electric oven and separate hob, cooker hood, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, and is fully equipped to a high standard. There is a colour TV and DVD player in the lounge and each room has individual electric panel heaters. No 60 also benefits from a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for which extra linen can be provided if requested. All linen is provided, you need only bring towels, and electricity is included in your holiday price as is the FREE unlimited use of the all of the Holiday Village facilities, full details below .

St Agnes area
This part of the North Cornwall coast has recently been awarded UNESCO world heritage status for its senic rugged landscape and well preserved tin mining buildings. Take an underground mine tour at Poldark mine, or just walk the quiet lanes and enjoy the calm and natural beauty.
The beautiful small cathedral city of Truro is 20 mins away, from where boat trips along the river Fal can take you to Falmouth with its flocks of yachts and small boats and working naval dockyard. The EDEN project is 25 mins drive away and the nightlife and world class surf breaks of Newquay are only 20 mins away. Tour the many superb gardens and National Trust properties Cornwall has to offer.

How to get there
Take the M5 to the West Country and when the M5 runs out at Exeter, the A30 to Cornwall. The A30 is a motorway standard dual carrige way all the way into Cornwall. Continue past scenic Dartmoor and over Bodmin moor, past Bodmin and Newquay until you reach the traffic island at Chiverton Cross, where you turn right to St Agnes on the B3277. Pass through the village of St Agnes, down the hill along side the church and follow signs to Perranporth on the B3285, going straight on at the mini-roundabout , After 2 miles Perran View is a turning on the left, just before the camping centre with a yellow sign on the right.

Golf is available in Perranporth & Truro, boats may be hired in Falmouth or at nearby Looe Beach, World class surfing beaches at Newquay , surf hire and tuition at all levels in Perranporth St Agnes and Newquay.
