Cosy, self-catering studio chalet for two

Trevince is a twin-bedded, studio chalet nestled within the lush greenery of Trevaunance Cove, St Agnes and only 100 metres from the beautiful beach.

INTERIOR/EXTERIOR:

A detached, private accommodation but close to the owner's property, Trevince is an open-plan, bright and comfortable studio base for exploring the beautiful Cornish coast.

The kitchen area/ dining and bedroom is open-plan. The kitchen is equipped with a four-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge and kettle and leads onto the bedroom with twin beds. There is a separate modern shower room and WC.

Outside there is off-street parking and guests can relax in the beautiful, sunny garden equipped with patio furniture and sun umbrella. And, if all that relaxing gets too much, then the beach is only a stone's throw from the doorstep or you could explore the southwest coastal path which runs alongside the edge of the secluded garden and leads out onto the cliffs beyond.

An ideal base for nature lovers, walkers, surfers and all those wishing to leave their car behind and have easy access to some of the best of St Agnes' restaurants, bars and cafes. Trevaunance Cove is at the mouth of a long wooded valley which snakes down to the sea from St Agnes. This is a beautiful, picturesque part of the coast with a lovely pub, artists' studios and craft shops all within easy walking distance from this lovely property.

St Agnes is also only approx 8 miles from the cathedral city of Truro and a great base for visiting St Ives, Newquay, Perranporth and Padstow to name but a few.

The West Country region

The West Country Region

Cornwall lies on the southwest peninsular of the UK. It has a milder climate than the rest of the country which means it is an excellent place to visit and enjoy.

Cornwall is most famous for it's stunning scenery: from attractive fishing villages to the vibrant, colourful countryside there is always so much to see. It has a strong industrial heritage with engine houses that litter the place as if nature put them there. Ancient celtic stones and crosses also dot the countryside whilst the miles of stunning beaches make it almost impossible to choose a favourite.

There are also numerous attractions to visit with something for everyone. The famous Eden Project is a must for plant lovers and for art enthusiasts there are over 25 galleries in St Ives, inlcuding the popular Tate St Ives.

Cornwall also has it's fair share of excellent restaurants and bars including Jamie Oliver's Fifteen at Watergate Bay and Rick Stein's four restaurants in Padstow to name but a few.

St Agnes

St Agnes

Trevaunance Cove is St Agnes' main beach. A picturesque cove, popular with families and surfers alike - at low tide children will love exploring the rock pools, nooks and caves. Trevaunance was once a smugglers paradise in the past and you can see why, when you look out to sea from the coast - there are numerous caves and hideaways all around.

St Agnes as well as Trevaunance boasts an admirable selection of restaurants, specialising in fish dishes that are often landed from Trevaunance itself. The Driftwood Spars Pub at Trevaunance is a must visit for live music, food and friendly atmosphere. Amongst the eateries and bars there's also a tapas bar/restaurant, cafes and numerous craft studios and galleries to browse through.

This is an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a World Heritage site. Home to one of the most photographed sites in Cornwall - Wheal Coates Engine Pump House. Stunning views, great beaches (Porthtowan, Chapel Porth to name but a few) and an ideal spot for visiting St Ives, Newquay, Truro and Padstow.

Very close to the sea and the delights of Trevaunance Cove. Perfect for surfers if that's your thing. Handy for the Driftwood Spars pub and a great fish and chip shop. Plenty of stunning cliff wa… More
