Visit the fantastic sandy beach at Portreath with its small harbour, one of Cornwall's most impressive and popular beaches. Great for surfing and has a large classic sandy beach. Take the cycle path from Portreath which runs all the way to the south coast.

St Agnes is a popular old coastal village and tourist destination. The coastal area is maintained by the National Trust and is designated part of the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Beaches near St Agnes include Trevaunance Cove, a small sandy beach with lifeguards and adequate parking. Porthtowan village also has a good sandy beach. Chapel Porth is another popular beach.
