The master bedroom is en suite. There are 2 adult bunk beds in the smaller room, and a double bed in the third room, with fitted cupboards. There is a separate shower and toilet room. There is underfloor heating throughout. Large double doors lead onto a big sun patio. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, and facilities for drying outside.

Further details outdoors:
Set within 12 acres, there is plenty of space for all. A large sun patio looks out over the lawns with managed garden beyond. The garden has some children's playthings that guests are welcome to use under adult supervision. The garden is only shared with us. All are welcome to explore the farm and its animals - pigs, sheep, chickens and our pet collie. There is a small (3 acres) area of woodlands, with a walk down through it to our stream.
There is a very large amount of parking, and a storage shed for bikes or surf boards.
Update on the farm April 2013
We have had triplets and 2 sets of twins. All doing well.
The chickens are laying well.
Hope to get the pig arc renovated in time for the weaners coming soon.
Beautiful clear mornings in crisp easterlies. Lots of surf - just a bit chilly!!

A very comfortable barn conversion in the middle of lovely countryside. Very well located to get to some amazing beaches; we loved Porthtowan and Trevaunance Cove for the surf. The barn had everything we wanted and use of Jim & Carolyn's enormous garden, which the children loved. We felt very welcomed and Jim was very helpful with where to go and the best surf! If we had been able, we would return this year but sadly already booked! |

We love coming to Sunbury Barn, the accomodation is excellent and the location superb, great views, only 2 miles from the beach but so quiet and peaceful. The children love spending time in the huge garden, grounds and exploring in the woods. We cycle and walk the coast path straight from the barn, love all the animals and just have a great time. Booked for next year already |
