The Pines (villa)

This fully air-conditioned villa was only completed in February 2007 and furnished in March and features everything that you would require for a truly enjoyable holiday, The property has one king bedded master bedroom with en suite bathroom and T.V, a further queen bedded room and a twin bedded room, which all have dressing tables, nightstands & walk-in wardrobes. There is a second bathroom, which has a bath and shower, towels and linens are all provided. There is also a fully equipped utility room. The large comfortable family room has a wide screen TV with DVD. There is a separate dining area and a breakfast nook adjoining the fully open plan fitted kitchen, which has a dishwasher and large fridge freezer dispensing ice cubes and chilled water. All the rooms have ceiling fans, and a further two outside. The star feature of the property is the 28’ x 14’ swimming pool with spa and the large sunbathing deck, which includes a covered dining area to take advantage of outdoor living. The entire pool and patio area is screened and there is optional electric pool heating available for the winter months

The Florida / Florida Gulf Coast region

This part of the Gulf Coast is Known as " The Nature Coast" mainly because of its unspoilt regions containing an abundance of flora & fauna found here. There are some lovely secluded beaches where you can see fantastic sunsets and these can be seen while sitting in restaurants on certain beaches. At Weeki Wachee there water sports including canoe & kayak for hire.

Springhill / Weeki Wachee area

Spring Hill is situated on the "Nature Coast" and our villa is close to Weeki Wachee Springs which is famous for its "Mermaid Shows" and watersports including canoe trips down the river. The wild life includes Manatee, Turtles & alligators to name but a few species. The lovely local beach is Pine Island just 10 mins drive from the villa with Busch Gardens 40 mins & Disney theme parks approx. 80 mins
The area contains many golf courses, restaurants and shops including two malls at " Gulf View" & "Crystal River". There are also two huge " Flea Markets" at Port Richey and Webster for the bargain hunters.
For the fishermen there are many places to cast your line including sea fishing charters.
The famous beaches at Clearwater, Tarpon Springs and St. Petersburg are all within 60 mins drive.

How to get there

Spring Hill is only 45 mins drive from Busch Gardens and 80 mins from Orlando Disney theme parks. We are 2 hous drive from Sanford Airport and approximately 90 mins from Orlando Int. Airport
