About the home

Our home has 2,000 sqft of living space allowing ample room for parties of up to 6 people, the home is furnished and decorated to a very high standard and is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, all towels and linens are provided. If you are looking for the perfect place to unwind and relax our home is the ideal place to stay, for those who would like to discover the real Florida there are many nature trails that can be accessed by foot, boat and bicycle.

The home is fully air conditioned and has cable tv and dvd player in both the lounge and master bedroom there is a king size bed in the master bedroom, queen size bed in the second bedroom and two single beds in the third bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped including large fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc, there is a utlilty room with washer and dryer.

The home has a fabulous 15ft by 30ft pool with an extended pool deck allowing plenty of room to sun bathe and relax whilst enjoying the stunning views over the golf course.

The Florida / Florida Gulf Coast region

The Nature Coast of Florida is a hidden gem and is often described as "the real Florida" most tourists head south towards the built up areas of St Petersburg and Clearwater. The Nature Coast area has beautiful secluded beaches, parks and trails as well as some fantastic smaller attractions including Homosassa Springs and Weeki Wachee Springs.

The Springhill area

Our home is situated on the golf course enjoying spectacular views over the greens, appealing to non golfers aswell. The home is within a 10-15 minute drive to the local beach at Pine Island and there are more than 8 golf courses within a 10 minute drive. There are numerous shops, supermarkets, restaurants (both the main francishised ones as well as some excellent family run restauaunrnts offering a wide range of foods) all within a 5-10 minute drive. If you want to see the big attractions It is approximately 90 minutes drive to the Disney area in Orlando and 45 minutes drive to Busch Gardens and the large shopping malls in Tampa.

“superb villa” first time this side of Florida,not dissapointed,villa was superb,pool great ,golfers never came close enough to be a bother and only saw 9 in a week,very quiet location 5mins drive to restaurants,15mins to beach,a fantastic canoe trip down Crystal River is a must $37 for all 3 of us ,took 5hrs ,great value.We tried to come back here this year but didnt fit with dates,would come back again for sure ,,we loved it here ,good restaurants,mini golf,beach,river,easy drive to clearwater etc,book her you will not regret it.
