Situated in Florida's Gulf Coast, Spring Hill is a 10-15 drive to beautiful beaches, numerous golf courses, wildlife parks, restaurants and of course shops. An excellent base for exploring the metropolis of Tampa, St.Petersburg and Clearwater without the hussle and bussle of a large spawling city. What a better way of chilling out after a hectic day at Busch Gardens or Disney. (Orlando attractions are around 90 minute drive).

Spring Hill is situated on US19, a costal highway running north/south. The town has a water theme park, cinema, beaches close by, nature trails, wildlife parks, pony trekking, birdwatching, fishing, bicycle rides, golf courses, shopping and much more. It's an ideal location for a vacation.
How to get there
Flights from Tampa International Airport. Head north on 589 (Sun Coast Parkway-Toll Road. Cost around $5) Only 45 minutes away. Flights from Orlando International Airport. Head west on SR 50. Around 90 minutes away. Spring Hill is easily found: US 19 / SR 50 / Toll Road 589 Sun Coast Parkway. National/Alamo offer excellent service from TPA.

TV/DVD's in all bedrooms. Large separate dining room. A separate snug with comfy sofas and a music system to help you wind down. Gas BBQ and patio furniture provided to enjoy the sunset in the south facing garden. The house is fully air-conditioned.

We provide a welcome pack and the services of a cleaner and maintenance team for any queries you may have. The home is alarmed for secure protection of your belongings while your out exploring for the day. We operate a strict no smoking policy in the house but have provided ashtrays for use in the garden if required.
Conditions
All we ask is a £200-£300(GBP) (Depending on length of stay) security deposit which is, of course, fully refundable to confirm booking, then cleared funds before rental.
