About the home

Situated in Florida's Gulf Coast, Spring Hill is a 10-15 drive to beautiful beaches, numerous golf courses, wildlife parks, restaurants and of course shops.
An excellent base for exploring the metropolis of Tampa, St.Petersburg and Clearwater without the hussle and bussle of a large spawling city.
What a better way of chilling out after a hectic day at Busch Gardens or Disney. (Orlando attractions are around 90 minute drive).
Guests now have the use (for a small charge) a cot and high chair! Only babies need apply!

We hope to provide everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible: refrigerator with ice machine, large kitchen table with 4 chairs, LCD TV with cable and DVD recorder, you can even record your favourite progams while your out! TV/DVDs in all bedrooms.*INTERNET BROADBAND* Large separate dining room. A separate snug with comfy sofas and a music system to help you wind down. Gas BBQ and patio furniture provided to enjoy the sunset in the south facing garden.
The house is fully air-conditioned.
Now with a cot/crib and high chair. (A small charge may apply)

The home has a drive large enough for 4 cars and a 2 car garage. Over-sized lanai with patio furniture and a gas BBQ are for you to enjoy. Situated in a quiet residential area with friendly neighbours. Privacy fencing. 28' x 15' heated pool fitted with salt chlorinator cleaning system.

We provide the services of a cleaner and maintenance team for any queries you may have. The home is alarmed for secure protection of your belongings while your out exploring for the day.
We operate a strict no smoking policy in the house but have provided ashtrays for use in the garden if required.
Sorry but we do not allow pets in our homes.

Conditions

All we ask is a £300(GBP) security deposit which is, of course, fully refundable to confirm booking, then cleared funds before rental.
A small charge for the use of cot and high chair is required.

If you thought Florida was just about Disney then you were wrong! The Gulf Coast has so much to offer the real holiday maker. Quiet secluded beaches. Fabulous marina's and harbours.

More golf courses than you could throw a 9-iron at! Fantastic shopping mall's. Superb restaurants.

Wildlife parks, nature trails and of course Theme Parks that are out of this world.

The Springhill area

Spring Hill is situated on US19, a costal highway running north/south. The town has a water theme park, cinema, beaches close by, nature trails, wildlife parks, pony trekking, birdwatching, fishing, bicycle rides, golf courses, shopping and much more.
It's an ideal location for a vacation.

Flights from Tampa International Airport. Head north on 589 (Sun Coast Parkway-Toll Road. Cost around $5) Only 45 minutes away. Flights from Orlando International Airport. Head west on SR 50. Around 90 minutes away. Spring Hill is easily found: US 19 / SR 50 / Toll Road 589 Sun Coast Parkway. National/Alamo offer excellent service from TPA.

Dear Steve and June,

Thank you again for opening your home to the visitors from Kentucky. We had a lovely Christmas break, and Lynn went back to school today amid snow flurries!!


The home was furnished luxuriously with exquisite taste and every convenience available for the guests. In addition, the home layout is spacious and well-suited for a couple like us or for one's guests. The pool is beautiful with orange trees overlooking the privacy fence. With cable TV in every room, no one has to miss a football game or one's favourite show. My sister and her husband came over for Christmas Day from Lake Wales, Florida, and she and I especially loved the "music room" where we could chat away from our husbands!! It is ideally located near grocery stores and restaurants just a "hop and skip" away.
We especially liked the restaurant Bare Bones on Hernando Beach.

Finally, the Blands (Steve and June) are so accommodating and friendly in dealing with their guests.
We would give the home and its owners a Triple AAA Auto Club rating of five Diamonds because it
"provides the ultimate in luxury and sophistication". Joan and Lynn Ray
