How to get there
By plane flying to Rome (Fiumicino or Ciampino airports) or to Perugia or Ancona, then taking the train to Spoleto on the Ancona line (one hour and thirty minutes from Rome Stazione Termini, one hour from Perugia or Ancona stations).
By car: Motorway to Florence, exit Orte and take the highway E45 towards Terni. Keep following the road for 30 km till Spoleto.
By train: from the Termini Station of Rome there are trains for Spoleto every hour, even the Eurostar (the high speed one) that in one hour and 20 minutes will bring you to Spoleto.

A living/dining room (TV) with fireplace; a kitchen (oven, dishwasher); 1 large king-size bedroom, 1 two-beds bedroom (can be transformed in one king-size), 1 bathroom (washing machine), 1 little bathroom outside the entrance door (for guests).
At request of guests, an housekeeper will be available to clean the apartment during their stay (the service is not included in the rent price).
Linen will be changed once a week.
Further details outdoors: Just a step away from the Piazza del Duomo , this is the best place to visit the neighbouring old villages and towns including Trevi, Assisi, Perugia, which are renowned for their history of art. Facilities devoted to riding, tracking, swimming and rafting can also be found nearby.

Everything is included in the rate: as electricity, gas, heating, etc. We will be available for every need as to pick you up at the Spoleto railway station or to give you any advises concerning art visits or restaurants, etc.

Refundable breakages deposit of 200 euro required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking. Weekly prices: 400 Euro
