The property is in a very quiet, small fishing village of Sevid. The village has a shop that can cater for most daily needs and a small restaurant, these are both in walking distance. The villa has been well furnished and is ideally located to explore the dalmatia region of Croatia as the harbour is just 10 minutes drive and Trogir is only 20 minutes.
There best part about this villa is that it is just 50m from the beach.

The Dalmatia region
The long, rugged Dalmatian coast, backed by high mountains with hundreds of offshore islands, is becoming Europe's most popular vacation spot. In summer, Dalmatia is flooded with Italian tourists attracted by the marvellous Dalmatian cuisine. Each island in Dalmatia has its own character from trendy hotspot to secluded getaway. The coast is dotted with everything from major cities such as Split and Zadar to picture-perfect beaches such as lovely Brela Beach.
The temperatures in Croatia are much higher than in the UK and in peak season average around 30 deg, while in early and late summer they average around 20 deg.
Split area
Lying due west of the beautiful city of Trogir is the small remote fishing village of Sevid. It is renown for its peace and tranquility and wonderful views of the Dalmatia coastline. The bustling seaside town of Primosten is about a 20 minute drive away, which offers waterfront restaurants, beaches and local produce is sold at the daily market.
In the village of Sevid there is a small shop and two restaurants. One restaurant is on the seafront and offers an ideal place for an evening meal or just a few drinks. The other restaurant is at the top of the hill and is called Samjer. This is a seafood restaurant that specialises in locally caught seafood and offers stunning panoramic views of the sea and several islands. There are also diving and fishing excursions available from the village. The nearest airport is Split, which is approximately 30 minutes drive.
Having a car is essential whilst you are in Sevid and car hire can be arranged prior to your stay.
How to get there
Transfer time to Split Airport is 40 minutes, an airport transfer can be arranged on request.

Further details indoors: This very high standard villa is within 40 yards of the beach and is suitable for up to 9 people.
The villa has 2 double bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom), and 2 twin bedrooms there are a further are also a further two bathrooms.
There is a full kitchen, dining with seating for 8 people and the living area is a large open plan space with comfortable sofa and chairs. There is a washing machine within the property and air conditioning throughout.
Further details outdoors: This superb villa to rent is in a very quiet, small fishing village of Sevid. The village has a shop that can cater for most daily needs and a small restaurant. 10 minutes away by car is the harbour of Marina and 20 minutes is Trogir to the east and Rogoznica to the west.
Outside the property there is a walled garden and a large covered terrace with a BBQ. There are views of the sea from the villa however there is an empty house in front of the property. As the property is situated on a peninsular it has access to the beach on 2 fronts which means that the beach and sea can be enjoyed irrespective of the direction of any wind.
Split airport is within 40 minutes. It is considerd beneficial that hiring a car would be beneficial.

Two weeks prior to your departure we require a refundable breakages deposit of £200, this will be repaid within 4 weeks of your return minus any deductions.
Please note that prices are for the villa and not per person, villa sleeps up to 9 persons.
The use of a travel cot, high chair, fans and welcome packs are available for our guests, if you require either of these items please notify us before you travel.
