''Villa Palms" is located 9 km from the historic city center Splita.50 meters from the apartment to the bus stop where the public bus comes every 30 minutes to Split.

Distance from the sea is 10 meters from the apartment and enter the garden and then to the beach and of course the sea.

In a radius of 150 meters there are 2 restaurants, coffee bar, bakery, supermarket and 1 km of Post,Sea Marine and ATM.

How do damage deposits work?

If Niksa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
