Self-catering cottage for 3 people in Hundleby, Lincolnshire. Open all year round. 3 star Visit Britain rating. The cottage comprises one double bedroom, one single bedroom, shower room and lounge/kitchen/diner. The cottage benefits from ample off-street parking for 2 cars and an enclosed garden to the rear. The cottage is only 1.5 miles from Spilsby and 13 miles from Skegness. It is peacefully located close to Lincolnshire Wolds. Hundleby has a pub and is also on the number 56 bus route with an hourly service to Lincoln via Horncastle and Skegness via Spilsby. All bed linen (duvets, blankets and sheets), towels and tea towels, water, WiFi, heating and electricity are included in the price. Please note that the cottage has slightly lower ceilings and doors than normal. The average sized person should not find this a problem but taller people may find this a slight disadvantage. Sorry no dogs and no smoking allowed. We offer short breaks and weekend breaks.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tim (the owner) a message.

If Tim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
