"Colline a Mare" is a small, soothly quiet and moderatly priced vacation home. This "home away from home" has 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom, a living room with a sofa-bed (sleeping up to 6 people) and a large terrace with an otside cooking point. The property is surronded by an 8000 s.m. private land with olive and pine trees. Situated on a gill along the Via Appia, the road from Rome to Naples, 80 miles from Rome and 55 from Naples, is just few miles away from the must famous beaches of the region.

The Lazio region
Lazio is an Italian region on the Tirrenian sea, its capital is Rome,the most important city in the country. It has a temperate climate, with a sweet temperature from April until November. Nearby you will find the most famous beaches of Italy like Sperlonga, Formia and so on. Ferries to the wonderful isles of Ponza Ventotene and Zannone leave from the close by harbour of Formia.
Sperlonga / Itri area
"Oasi Blu" is an 50.000 sm. aquatic park, it's charaterised by the presence of of many sandy beaches backing onto a densely populated area. The park is a refuge for migratory (falcon forms, herons, ducks) and marine avifauna (black-headed gull, herring-gull, cormorant). The bay in front of the Park has been a WWW Blue Oasis since 1987.
The vegetation mainly consists of cork oaks and mediterranean macchia. The most common species are the marine cistus, myrtle, ilex, lentisks, terebinth, carob tree and dwarf palm.
Gaeta, set on a peninsula stretching toward the gulf of Gaeta, has played a conspicous part in military history and it has several examples of the period, including the first-century mausoleum of the Roman general Lucius Munatius Planco as the top of the Montagna Spaccata ("Split Mountain").
