This light and welcoming apartment is located in the heart of Spello's historic centre within a 13th century Benedictine nunnery. It looks out into the old cloisters and again has access to this private courtyard. The house can easily host three persons.

There are wooden beams on the ceiling throughout the apartment which consists of a well equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, stoves and oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and coffee mashine) and dining area with sofabed and flat SAT - TV, a bedroom with king size doublebed, wardrobe and working desk such as a bathroom en suite with a shower cabin, featuring a hairdryer and local bath and beauty products.

Free WIFI is functioning in the whole structure. All windows have flyscreens, there is AC. Our guests can relax either on the outside, in the shadow of the arcades attached to the cloister, or take off to visit Umbria from here.

We organise truffle hunts, cooking classes and wine tastings with visits in several wineries of the area, but also car/bike and vintage scooter rentals.

The house is offering a weekly change of bedlinen and towels rather than a weekly cleaning. Pubblic parking is close to the house, a garage box is available.

Riteniamo che la recensione della signora parli già da sé, per cui rispondere non sarebbe nemmeno necessario. In ogni caso, per correttezza e scrupolo personale ci piace replicare che l’ospite stesso ha menzionato nella sua primissima frase di non aver mai alloggiato presso la “Badessa” bensì in altra casa vacanza, i cui bellezza e comfort non vengono tra l’altro messi in minimo dubbio. E’ quindi già scorretto l’approccio di voler discreditare con la propria recensione una struttura che non ha mai conosciuto. Non trova, invece, menzione che ai signori è stato reso possibile un check-in anticipato, e che – a differenza di quanto sostenuto dalla signora – chiaramente anche una casa vacanza deve avere la sua tempistica, non soltanto gli alberghi. Non viene detto, che agli ospiti sono stati prenotati ristorante ed appuntamento dalla parrucchiera – che è un’assistenza in loco che noi prestiamo volentieri ai nostri gentili ospiti. Non viene scritto nemmeno correttamente che, si, le è stato concesso un late check - out, a patto, però, che non vi fosse una nuova prenotazione per il giorno stesso della sua partenza. Ed è ciò che è accaduto, per cui è stata avvisata in tempo di lasciare gentilmente la casa entro le 11 in modo tale da poterla allestire per i prossimi ospiti. Infine, viene completamente sottaciuto il fatto che i signori di fatto non sono usciti dall’appartamento prima delle 16 (!) bloccando volutamente le pulizie di un appartamento lasciato in stato pietoso. Evidentemente gli standard di pulizia ed ordine della signora non sono i nostri! In tutti questi anni abbiamo avuto tanti belli incontri con ospiti che hanno lasciato una traccia profonda nei nostri cuori, ed auguriamo a questa signora di trovare altrove host altrettanto felici di ospitarla.
