Jan 2013 - " Many thanks for our stay at PSC, it was everything we had hoped for and more. We thought the apartment was beautiful with by far the best location looking down the Marina and out to sea. The view is now on my mobile so every time I look I am reminded of that lovely location and holiday."

Feb 2012 - "The apartment is the perfect holiday home with stunning views of the sunset, ocean and lagoon, a spacious balcony and living areas and kitchen, everything you need. The whole apartment oozes a relaxed atmosphere and is very hard to leave. We enjoyed exploring the island and for quiet relaxing days we headed for the PSC beach through the private white gate and topped up our vitamin "D" - very quiet and relaxing with PSC residents provided with loungers and large sun shades. PSC offers everything and more with the resort hosting its own "Sunset bar" and pool, Yacht Club and restaurant, gym, tennis courts, hairdressers and a complimentary water taxi to ferry you to and fro. All of which makes the lazy, sunny days around the resort so very appealing and so very hard to leave!

Jan 2012 - "What can we say - "Paradise"! We expected PSC to be wonderful but it exceeded all our expectations! Thank you for letting us use your beautiful apartment. Everything was so beautiful and so tastefully decorated. We felt totally relaxed and at home, spending a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. What a fabulous location! We also loved the beach, which was never crowded and spent a lot of time in the lovely warm, clear water. We did all your suggested walks, hired a car for a day and went to North Point then down the East coast to Bathsheba and on to Hunt's Gardens. We also treated ourselves to Sunday Brunch at Sandy Lane which was magnificent, although we considered "our" beach better! Thank you so much, we didn't want to come back and would love to go again if we may."

BookThe St Peter Parish region
If you can free yourself from the Port St Charles "haven" there is much to see around this friendly coral island with its history, old plantation style houses and estates (e.g. nearby St Nicholas Abbey), 16th century churches (e.g. nearby St Peter's or St Lucy's), brightly coloured chattel houses all of which are surrounded by pristine white beaches with the sparkling Caribbean sea on the West and South coasts and the craggy coastlines and sandy bays on the Atlantic North and East coasts – the latter being a surfers paradise with big Atlantic rollers at Bathsheba. The clear blue skies, white beaches, refreshing trade winds and turquoise seas makes Barbados a very romantic place to get away from it all and to just 'chill out'.
The Speightstown / Port St Charles area
Port St Charles offers everything and more, with friendly staff wanting to make your holiday as relaxing as possible - arranging everything from taxis, restaurant reservations, even your weekly shop. There is much to see in the immediate locality - Speightstown itself very much reflects Barbados history and is known as "Little Bristol" emmanating from its past sugar cane and rum exporting trade to Bristol in England. The Speightstown museum fully illustrates this and the Bajan culture over the centuries. The town reflects this old Caribbean port's history with its fish market and a variety of shops (+ modern supermarkets), street vendors and bars with the Fisherman's pub providing a sea front taste of local food and rum!
Restaurants in Speightstown include "Mango's" and the classy "Cobblers Cove" whilst just north of PSC past "Six Mens' Bay" is the highly regarded "Fishpot ". A little further down the coast is the highly recommended "Lone Star" restaurant together with Holetown's "Tides" and "Zaccio's" restaurants and nearby Sandy Lane's Bajan Blue restaurant (+ floor show) plus many more.
Should you need to work off those calories there is the PSC gym and tennis courts on site (PSC Reception will provide raquets/balls* if required) plus swimming/snorkeling in the sparkling Caribbean. A sheltering reef off PSC's South beach allows for easy swimming and snorkelling (again PSC Reception will provide masks/snorkel* if required) where you maybe escorted on and off the reef by the delightfully coloured parrot fish. For serious divers see "Reefers & Wreckers" who are based in Speightstown - www.Scuberdiving.com
For relaxing walks there is nothing better than to walk along the beach shell collecting, whilst inland walks up and over the ridge will allow you panoramic sea views over "PSC" and Speightstown.
For the golfers there are numerous courses throughout the island including Royal Westmoreland, Sandy Lane and Apes Hill all within 3/4 miles, whilst immediately adjacent to PSC is a 9 hole course adjoining a hotel where day passes can be obtained.
PSC and its "safe haven" marina has increasingly become the destination of various cross Atlantic challenges be it rowers or yachtsmen!I There is a full range of boats and super yachts to view and many a "fishy" tale to listen to! It may well be that there is the opportunity to enjoy a boat trip and/or some fishing - again PSC Reception will be able to advise.
There is also a wide range of water sports available in the next bay just south of PSC.
