Wild life all around, yet close to town. Swing on the front porch, or light a fire in the firepit beside the river. Grill out or enjoy the local food and the feel of a small friendly town. Lots of books to read or over 150 DvD;s to watch. WiFI and all the comforts of home. Fish right off the deck. The river is stocked with trout. This is an experience you will always remember and return to time and time again.

This is a private, quite community. The association does not allow loud, disturbing noise, such as load music or rude behavior. So please be cautious and considerate of people around the area. Please do not allow children to bounce on bed, it could cause damage for them and the furniture. No smoking inside, out side there are several buckets with gravel to place cigarettes. Please Do not put excessive toilette paper in toilet, it could clog it, we have a septic tank not city system. Thank you!

Thank you for taking time out to do a review. We appreciate the feedback we love having guest like yourself. We would love to put a King size bed, but it really won't fit in that size bedroom. The pull out bed is a thick quality memory foam mattress, not the traditional hard spring mattress. It's not too bad, I may put an additional pad on top and see if that helps. Thanks again and hope to see you back soon.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ena (the owner) a message.

If Ena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
