Vela 232 is a lovely apartment located in Saint Thomas, which is an award winning Holiday Resort. The apartment is sea facing and enjoys wonderful views from the balcony, accessible from both the main bedroom and living room. There is nothing quite like the fresh air and open sea views from the comfort of your resort apartment.

The living room is long and has seating space for four comfortably. The large sofa converts in to a bed and is suitable for two small children or one adult. There is a TV unit for your entertainment in the room; the air conditioning can be controlled for your comfort. The kitchen is one end of the living room; it is equipped with everything you need for a tasty meal including two electric hobs; in the kitchen is also a washing machine.

The resort complex consists of hotels and apartments buildings in old Sozopol house architecture style. There are restaurants, bars, pools area, SPA centre, conference halls, business centre, playground, shops and and two sand beaches.

Saint Thomas holiday village is located within the boundaries of the natural reserve Arkutino and to be more precise – on Humata cape. Reserve Arkutino is one of the last untouched wild nature areas on the Bulgarian Southern Black Sea coast. Cape Humata is locarted close to lake Alepu, lagoon Arkutino, island Saint Thomas and the mouth of Ropothamo river. The holiday village is situated 50 Km. south of the international airport in Bourgas, 12 km south of Sozopol, 2 km south of resort Duni and 12 km from Primorsko.

The holiday village Saint Thomas includes 250 private apartments and they are with one or two bedrooms, living room with a kitchen, air-conditioning, TV with LCD display, telephone, digital TV and internet service.

Restaurants and Bars:

Lobby Bar - The bar has approximately 50 seats and offers a wide variety of drinks, cocktails, deserts and pastries.

Restaurant Karina - The restaurant is located in Hotel "Karina" and has two halls with 45 and 120 seats. There is an open terrace with an ocean view which has 50 seats. The restaurant atmosphere is luxurious and cozy and customers can enjoy both bulgarian and international cuisine.

Beer House Viking - A two floor building, located next to the pool area. One of the two floors is open and has 80 seats. The menu consist of fast dishes, grill dish, pizza and different fish dishes.

Beach bar Arkutino - The bar is located on beach Arkutino and offers mainly fast dishes, grilled dishes, salads, pizza and a wide variety of cocktails. At night there is a DJ in the bar.

Beach "Arkutino", which is a part of the resort is recognized as the most romantic beach in Bulgaria. The beach can be reached with a shuttle that goes from the hotel every 15 minutes. The visitors can enjoy different kinds of water sports and activities on the beach. Beach umbrellas and lounges are available in special zones of the beach.

Beach "Saint Thomas"is located at the left side of the holiday village road and is one of the few wild beaches left on the Bulgarian coast. There is a small restaurant, beach umbrellas and lounges in the beach area.

The SPA centre is located on the ground floor of the hotel. It consist of an indoor pool with a bar, 5 massage therapy rooms, sauna, steam room, aroma sauna, adventure shower, shock bucket, Jacuzzi, fitness centre. The wellness centre offers different kind of massage therapies. In addition the resort offers 5 outdoors pools and one indoor pools.

Conferences - Holiday village Saint Thomas offers excellent conditions for business conferences, team building, weddings and different kinds of ceremonies. The hotel has two multi functional halls with 50 seats each and one hall with 150 seats. The halls are fitted with the necessary equipment for various types of conferences and offer wireless internet, fax, copying and many other services.

Facilities and Services the Saint Thomas Resort offers:

- 5 pools in total; a children's pool, jacuzzi pool, Entertainment pool; 'The Mirror' has view towards beach Arkutino and island Saint Thomas; 'The Telescope' has a great ocean view. The pools are complete with decks and umbrellas.

- There is a Beer house and bar in the pool area, which have fast meals on request;

- Inside the St. Thomas Hotel is a luxury restaurant and lounge bar;

- Tucked away inside the Hotel Saint Thomas is a luxury spa, with an indoor pool, specialist massages and therapies, sauna, aroma sauna, jacuzzi, steam room...

- The resort has two private beaches: Saint Thomas beach (walking distance) and Arkutino bay (free shuttle every 15 minutes) offer bar service, beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent.

- Small shops and a hairdresser salon;

- A playground and mini club for children with animation activities;

- A football/basketball court;

- On site parking area (guarded) next the Resort;

- Security service 24/7

- Convenience service, fax/fotocopies and laundry/ironing are available at the hotel;

There are special zones for sports and entertainment in the middle of the resort, as well as 5 pools:

The resort has many green areas. There is a 24 hours available security as well as security cameras.

The access of vehicles is forbidden in the resort. Instead the visitors are using electric cars. There is a car park for guests cars, which is available free of charge and is guarded (no reservation required).

Awards - Holiday resort Saint Thomas has received several honourable awards. It first won the award for the "The most effective investment in tourism for 2008" presented by the Bulgarian hotels and restaurants association (BAHRA). Short after that received the hotel the award for "Best building". At the ceremony in Sarajevo in 2008 the resort was chosen for the "No. 1 Tourist Settlement on the Balkan" by the Balkan alliance of the hotel associations (BAHA).

How do damage deposits work?
