Home description
This is an excellent penthouse apartment light ,spacious and is split over two levels and features a spiral staircase to the bedroom with a double bed, W/C and shower room. There is the use of a camp bed for a 5th person ideal for families. The lower level is spacious and has a separate W/C and shower room open plan kitchen with all the modern appliances. The apartment is fully air conditioned. There is a comfortable lounge area with LCD TV / DVD, double sofa bed and an arm chair. Internet connection and cable TV are available at a additional cost this can be arranged prior you visit. The living room also has a door leading to the balcony which over looks the rest of the complex, pool, coast, old and new town. The short walk to the town passes many bars and restaurants and are all family friendly. The beaches are long and sandy ideal for sunbathing and swimming, water sports available and inexpensive.

The Black Sea Coast region
The Black sea coast is a great destination for families and couples who enjoy the sun, sea and sand. The climate is of 30 degrees in the peak season, and comprises of 10 hours of sun each day. Unlike Sunny Beach it is not over crowded with high rise hotels and apartments, and has many points of interest for tourists. The old town dates back to 600BC, and has a archaeological burial ground the was recently exposed on a small section of the beach. It is one of the most charming of Bulgaria's coastal resorts, out of season becoming a quite fishing village ideal for relaxing breaks. Early September the annual Art and Music festival (Apollonia International) attracts artists and tourists. Burgas city is a 30 minute drive and comprises of café bars, restaurants, & a large variety shops.
Sozopol / Budjaka area
Budjaka is situated south of Sozopol and has beautiful views over the Black sea towards the old and new town. Sozopol has many restaurants famous for its local sea food and many of them with sea views accessed by the cobbled streets. There are markets, street entertainers, and ideal for those who like to take relaxing walks. There are plenty of bars to choose from for those seeking refreshments. There is also a newly opened Irish bar in the town with a great menu and is a favourite with locals and tourists.There is a popular aqua park near Nessebar with flumes and slides, this is a great day out and easily accessed by local car hire companies or a bus from Sozopol. The Ropotamo meaning "Border River is a relatively short river in southeastern Bulgaria. It takes its source from the Strandzha Mountains, running for about 50 km to empty into the Black Sea between Dyuni and Primorsko. The river is most often noted for its 30 m-wide mouth that is home to an abundance of flora species, over 100 of which endangered in the country. The lower section of the Ropotamo is a nature reserve since 1940 and a protected area. The lower Ropotamo is a popular tourist attraction because of the water lilies and the rock formations above the river, on some of which white-tailed eagles nest. This is worth a trip.

Flights from Luton, East Midlands and Gatwick. into Bourgas airport. with wizz air.com, or Balkans Air, transfer to apartment 40 mins, or British Airways to Varna, Varna is a 2.5 hour drive transfer can be arranged. There are many more flights, need to search flights. Easy Jet fly into Sofia and then transfer by hired car / coach, 5 hours, these flights can be very cheap. Flights from other countries in Europe please check the web for flights to Bourgas or Varna. Car hire. Holidaycars.com, or transfers can be arranged. There are always local taxis available - fare should be no more than 75 Leva from Bourgas & 150 Leva Varna.

There are tiled floors throughout, a washing machine, clothes airer, vac, mop and broom, also there is air con that provides heat for the cooler months and there is an entry door system adding to security. The balcony has a table and chairs.
Further details outdoors: The complex was completed in August 2007 and has lawned areas to the front and sides, with shrubs and flower gardens, there are loungers and tables by the pool, and pool bar. There is a hotel on the complex with a restaurant, There is also a 24 hour guard.

A welcome pack will be present at your request on arrival. There are some English speaking owners. Electricity is included. End of stay apartment clean is included in the rental. Additional linen/towels and cleaning daily/weekly can be arranged. Details on request Beach towels are not provided , please bring your own. Please do not use the apartment towels for either the beach or swimming pool. A washing machine is available in the apartment for your use.

Strictly no smoking accept on the balcony. A deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made within 8 weeks of departure date A refundable security deposit of £200.00 is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 10 days of return of the apartment keys providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.
