The outside of the villa is made out of stone, whilst wooden rafters, battens and mizzens are the main features of the inside. The decoration and the final touches are in typical Tuscan style.
The kitchen is well equipped with gas cookers, micro-wave, toaster, fridge, Satellite TV.
The guests can also use a laundry room with two washing machines, an iron and iron board.

The property's structure goes back to the beginning of the fifteenth century, it has been lovingly renovated in full respect of the original architecture by recovering old construction materials.
The guests can use a large garden and a lovely pool (12 m x 6 m) overlooking the hills.

A children playground as well as two barbecues are available also.
The Sienese landscape is characterized by the richness, the elegance and the variety of different settings which only few other Italian areas can claim.

The Tuscany region

Sovicille is a small, lely village perched on the Montagnola Senese's hills, 15 km away from the main city.
Plonged into the luxuriant green oak, olm-oak and cypress woods, it is partially surrounded by fields and vineyards while enjoying magnificent views over the surrounding hills where the peculiar red colour of the so called “terra di Siena” stands out.
The Sovicille area offers a rich historic and artistic background, like the many Romanesque churches spread up in the beautiful countryside, the lovely Renaissance villas and the imposing castles.
