Duplex apartment. In Isca marina near Soverato in southern Italy, we have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own terrace and we also have a large terrace off the main living area. The property has all mod cons inc air con, sat tv and washing maçhine. We are just 200m from the beach and have both sea views and mountain views and the property is also gated. The property can sleep 7 people comfortably and has indoor and outdoor dining facilities.
This property is ideal for families who want to be near the beach and for couples wanting to get away from it all. All local amenities are close by and the main town of Soverato is just 5 minutes drive away and during the main summer season the is a fun fair on the beach there. There is a good selection of places to eat out within walking distance and a fully equipped lido on the beach,plus a few beach bars.

Southern Italy region
This region of Italy is unspoilt and gives a true feel of the region, with a fully equipped lido just 200m away and the mountains a short walk away you won't be stuck for things to do. With plenty of places to eat and drink from beach bars to authentic Italian restaurants serving the freshest catches from the sea to traditional pastas. The weather is fine for most of the year with July and August being the busiest months with traditional festivals and the funfair on the beach at Soverato from June till the end of September which will keep the young ones entertained during the warm evenings.
The small village of Isca is a couple of minutes stroll away where the locals sit and make you feel welcome. If you prefer to relax you can take advantage of the local market or supermarket and cook for yourself and sit out on the terrace. All modern conveniences are in the property ie air conditioning, satellite tv and automatic washing machine.
