This is a beautifully presented studio apartment on the ground floor of The Yacht Yard, with a large picture window in the sitting room looking out on to the River Blyth, the beach, the dunes and neighbouring wooden cottages.
The apartment has been modernised with a fitted kitchen and dining area, up to date shower room and open plan sitting area with the double bed being on a raised platform above a small area of the sitting room.
This unusual sleeping area is reached by a paddle staircase which although narrow gives comfortable access to the bed, which is surrounded by wooden balustrade. Head room is slightly limited but the bed is very comfortable and bedside lights create a delightful ambience to the area at night.
