Fully equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and cafetiere. Sitting room has sofa, bookshelves, occasional table, TV, DVD and radio. There is a good selection of books and DVDs.
There is a master bedroom with double brass bed and TV, a small single bedroom, bathroom/WC. (Linen and towels provided)
On the ground floor there is an entrance lobby with adjoining utility, washing machine/dryer and freezer.
A travel cot is available if required; this can be assembled in the main bedroom or sitting room. (Please note that for reasons of safety and hygiene this is supplied with a basic washable mattress. Guests should provide their own soft bedding)
South-facing outdoor seating and dining area with lovely views over the Suffolk countryside. Table tennis.

The Grain Store is a great place for a family holiday but parents of young children should be aware of the need for supervision; there is an unprotected staircase, direct access from the apartment onto a country lane and a large wildlife pond.
Uggeshall is a small rural hamlet situated in an Environmentally Sensitive Area and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Uggeshall is a small rural hamlet surrounded by farmland in an Environmentally Sensitive Area and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Peaceful, pretty and quiet it is the perfect spot for a relaxing break. There are footpaths from the immediate vicinity across beautiful Suffolk countryside. This is a haven for birds and other wildlife.
