Southwold is famous for its colourful beach huts. We have a brand new beach hut for 2014.

Great addition for family holidays for that perfect day out at the seaside, come rain or shine. Picnic on the beach, only steps away from the hut or in the beach hut on breezier days. Relax in a deck chair with a cup of tea made in the hut or a glass of chilled wine overlooking the uninterupted views of the beach, sea and Southwold iconic award winning pier. The hut is located at the north of the pier, next door to the pier pavillion building,carpark and wc facilities. There are numerous cafes, restaurants, shops, ice cream parlours and entertainment all near by and on the pier itself. Opposite the hut on the other side you can find a boating lake with a traditional tea rooms. Putting green,and in the summer a vintage market. There is something for all the family. Take a stroll into Southwold town centre only a 10 minute walk along the promanade or cliff top pedestrian pavement.

The beach hut has a day bed/seating, deckchairs, table, and includes a kitchen area with a small 2 ring gaz stove with grill. Kettle, Teapot, cafetiere, crockery,cutlery, pots and pans etc., Everything you need for a perfect day out at the seaside

Southwold, Suffolk is a very well known and popular traditional holiday and seaside destination. Southwold is known to many as a town that time forgot. Southwold boasts seaside quintessential charm and is famous for its stylish and quirky beach huts. Some of Britains most sought after huts are here in Southwold. Many paintings and photographs reflect the colourful seafront sheds, and are an essential part of the British seaside holiday. An artists and photographers paradise.

Southwold's attractions include the award winning pier, blue flag beaches, working harbour where you can purchase catch of the day alternatively freshly caught fish and chips - who could resist! The harbour also has trip boats available. There is a small ferry across to Walberswick.

Standing in the middle of town is Southwold's much photographed working lighthouse.You can visit the lighthouse and walk to the top the views are magnificent!

Famous Adnams Brewery is located in the town centre. Daily tours including tasting are very well recommended.
