Confirmation of booking

To make a reservation we require an initial deposit of £100 together with written confirmation of your booking request. The remaining balance is payable in full twenty eght days prior to the date of arrival.

We can accept the following methods of payment:

Cheque / Bankers Draft:

Pounds / Sterling drawn on a UK bank.


Bank details are on our invoice.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservations should payment not reach us within the required time.


Should it be necessary to cancel your reservation, we will refund the deposit less a £100.00 administration charge. This is providing that notification has been received by us in writing more than twenty eight days prior to the arrival date and acknowledged.

No refunds will be made for non-arrivals, after arrival or for earlier than planned departures.

Arrival / Departure Times

Check-in time is usually 2pm with check-out time around 10am. We can usually be flexible with 48 hours notice.

The Merseyside region

Southport is a west coast seaside resort with a long stretch of dunned beach, close to the bustling cities of Liverpool and Manchester and only a stone’s throw from the tranquillity of North Wales and the Lake District.

Regarded as one of the region’s most desirable areas Southport provides the perfect location for this contemporary apartments. Located within 500m of Lord Street - Southport’s famous tree lined boulevard with an abundance of independent shops and restaurants.

The apartments are an ideal base for day trips to both the countryside and the vibrant cities - Liverpool and Manchester.


Southport is a seaside town with many regeneration projects going on.

There is a huge variety of shops and restaurants in the town centre and surrounding area.

For families with children there is a ten screen cinema, bowling alley and water park, as well as two theatres.

There are several parks and gardens, one, the Botanic Gardens, being situated in the 'village' of Churchtown, which still has thatched cottages.

For those who like golf there are several courses to chose from in the immediate area, including Royal Birkdale, and there is also a large lake with water sports facilities.

We are also just a short drive away from the famous Formby pine woods and sand-dunes, which are renowned for their thriving red squirrel population.

Throughout the year the town plays host to, amongst other events, the Flower Show, Air Show and Musical fireworks.

This block of apartments are quite centrally located and have everything needed for a pleasant stay in Southport. It is the second time we have stayed here, and both apartments have been superb.

"Good Value Accommodation"

The Flat was well fitted out to meet my needs but no hairdryer.
I stayed on the middle floor of which there are three. If I stayed again I would choose top floor,as I could hear people in flat above. Only disadvantage with this is, no lift but stairs are short so if your fit no problem.
Easy walk to town and shopping. Bus stop just around the corner to Lord Street every 15 minutes. Loved the WHITE bedding and Towels. Well serviced, "Arnie" meeter and greeter helpful and cheerful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cumbria Court . I stayed two weeks AND WOULD BOOK AGAIN.
