Regarded as one of the region’s most desirable areas Southport provides the perfect location for this contemporary apartments. Located within 500m of Lord Street - Southport’s famous tree lined boulevard with an abundance of independent shops and restaurants. The apartments are an ideal base for day trips to both the countryside and the vibrant cities - Liverpool and Manchester.
Southport area
Southport is a seaside town with many regeneration projects going on. There is a huge variety of shops and restaurants in the town centre and surrounding area. For families with children there is a ten screen cinema, bowling alley and water park, as well as two theatres. There are several parks and gardens, one, the Botanic Gardens, being situated in the 'village' of Churchtown, which still has thatched cottages. For those who like golf there are several courses to chose from in the immediate area, including Royal Birkdale, and there is also a large lake with water sports facilities. We are also just a short drive away from the famous Formby pine woods and sand-dunes, which are renowned for their thriving red squirrel population. Throughout the year the town plays host to, amongst other events, the Flower Show, Air Show and Musical fireworks.

Terms and Conditions Confirmation of booking To make a reservation we require an initial deposit of £100 together with written confirmation of your booking request. The remaining balance is payable in full twenty eght days prior to the date of arrival. We can accept the following methods of payment: Credit card: Master Card, Visa, Switch, Delta, Solo Cheque / Bankers Draft: Pounds / Sterling drawn on a UK bank. Banks: Bank details are on our invoice. We reserve the right to cancel any reservations should payment not reach us within the required time. Cancellation Should it be necessary to cancel your reservation, we will refund the deposit less a £100.00 administration charge. This is providing that notification has been received by us in writing more than twenty eight days prior to the arrival date and acknowledged. Cancellation less than twenty eight days prior to arrival. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals, after arrival or for earlier than planned departures. Arrival / Departure Times Check-in time is usually 2pm with check-out time around 10am. We can usually be flexible with 48 hours notice.
