"Wonderful place to stay"

When I was looking for somewhere to rent as a holiday home I kept going back to the Loft as the interior looked fabulous. This turned out to be the case and we had a great time staying in the loft. Would certainly consider going back to the Loft for future holiday breaks.

"Clean, comfortable, centrally located"

Our extended family of over 60 people (most from US) were visiting for a memorial for my mother who was raised in Southport during the 30's & 40's. Southport for most was a distant memory or none coming in, but was certainly a delight for the 4+ days we spent.

Wanted to say The Loft was better than anticipated, but the photo's and description did a great job and expectations met anticipation. One difference, bathrooms are hard to show in photo's, better than expected.

The location was right off lord street on the south end, convenient to great restaurants, bars and Morrison's (great shopping food store).

Lyn was readily available if needed, but we did not. We did extend our stay by 1 day.

"Five star accommodation"

This was our second stay at The Loft and it won't be our last.
The accommodation is of a very high standard and very well equipped throughout.
With that in mind the location is absolutely perfect as it is one street behind the Main Street in Southport and for our purposes less than a minutes walk to a Sports bar and all the local amenities.
It also has an underground garage with remote controlled access.
Look no further if you are seeking accommodation in Southport.

"Excellent pad for adults not ideal for children or elderly"

We sayed here for a week with my little girl (10 months) and my 2 parents, both 65+. The house is in a great central location. I would say it is ideal for groups of friends. It is not so much ideal for young children or older people as there are a lots of stairs, it is on 3 floors and it quite modern, so sharp edges etc. My parents found the stairs quite hard work. Th accomodation I would say is 4 start, nice but a little worn in some places. The owner was nice and friendly and there was a good highchair and cotbed. I found the cleaning bill of £100 excessive considering it wasn't by any means spotless. Overall for Southport it was a good trendy place for younger adults to stay.

Thank you for your honest feedback. I completely agree the property is best suited to adults because of the stairs. Please could you advise which areas are "a little worn" as I will address these. Also regarding the cleaning please let me know which areas were not clean as we do use a professional cleaning company for this. The cleaning covers both the house clean and the bed linen which is all professionally dry cleaned.
