This country house is a very quiet place to find a complete relax .
It is located in a green area: a Natural Park (about 3.000 hectares) with an excellent panorama.
This country estate extends on 3 Regions: TUSCANY, LATIUM and UMBRIA, very close to San Casciano dei Bagni Village, Bolsena Lake, Orvieto town and 30 minutes by car to the Montalto sea side.
Thanks to its strategic position our guests can reach easily the most fascinating ART CITIES of Central Italy such as: SIENA, ASSISI, PERUGIA, ROME, FLORENCE, VITERBO, GROSSETO, MONTALCINO, PIENZA, SOVANA, CORTONA,....
This farmhouse has obtained the QUALITY CERTIFICATION and it is now one of the 7 best Farmhouses of Central Italy.
It offers spacious and elegant apartments from 2 to maximum 8 sleeps.
All the apartments with fully-equipped kitchens, cool rooms and outdoor space with a table and chairs is reserved for the occupants. Cot for the little children.
There is also a large private Swimming pool (22m x 8m x 1,45m) for the warm days of Spring and Summer.
This superb swimming pool extends to the front of the panorama.

- This apartment has been predisposed to also welcome disabled people.
- “ A baby’s crib may be placed in the bedroom”.
- Outdoor space with a table and chairs is reserved for the occupants.

- Tarquinia and Vulci for the Etruscan Necropolis and Museums;
- Saturnia, Viterbo and San Casciano dei Bagni for the Thermal Spas;

Acquapendente Village is to 3 kms from Sant'angelo farmhouse. It is a small town, where we can find:
many Shops, 2 Pharmacies, an equipped Hospital, 6 Banks, Post-Office, many Restaurants, 3 Supermarkets, Cinema, Theatre, Pubs, disco, Tennis Courts, Skating rinks.

How to get there

The closest airports are: FIUMICINO airport in Rome (1 hour and 30 minutes by car) or CIAMPINO airport in Rome (1 hour and 30 minutes by car) or PISA airport ( 2 hour and 30 minutes by car).
- Cheap flights ( low cost) available from LONDON to ROME in CIAMPINO airport or in PISA airport. These are the companies: Alitalia, Iberia, Ryanair, Myair, EasyJet, Lfthansa, Vueling, Virgin, Volare web.
- Car hire available from www.avisautonoleggio.it (car rental = AVIS company)

TO GET US:
From ROME (1 hour and 30 minutes by car or by train): Motorway A1, exit ORVIETO. Follow the signs for SFERRA CAVALLO village, then for CASTELVISCARDO village and after for ACQUAPENDENTE village.
You must reach Acquapendente Village, you must pass this village and you continue on the S.S. Cassia in direction of SIENA, after 4 km on the right side of the road at the km 136.300 you see the sign for Sant'Angelo Country house.

From FLORENCE (2 hours by car): Motorway A1, exit ORVIETO. Follow the signs for SFERRA CAVALLO village, then for CASTELVISCARDO village and after for ACQUAPENDENTE village.

Conditions

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
BOOKINGS: Just contact us by phone, fax or e-mail to check the availability of the accommodation of your choice.
PAYMENTS: Upon confirmation by Sant’ Angelo you are requested to pay an advance of 40% of the total amount. Payments are made by a Money Transfer. The remainder is paid at least 40 days before the starting date of your stay with another money transfer.
DOCUMENTS: Italian Law requires that all guests produce a means of identification (I.D. Card or Passport) at the time of arrival.
DEPOSIT: A fully-returnable deposit is requested at the time of arrival: euro 300 ( £ 204) in cash for every apartment. This is to cover any damages to the property.
LENGHT OF STAY: You may enter the premises between 4.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. Guests should leave by 10.00 a.m. on the agreed day of departure.
NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS: The number of people staying in the house should not exceed the figure stated. In same cases extra sleeping places can be provided by previous arrangement with us.
HEATING SYSTEM: so to be paid on consumption.
AIR CONDITIONING: you'll pay on consumption. It is only in Mimosa apartment (from 15 euro to 25 euro per day).
CLEANING: All properties are rented out clean, tidy and bed linen is provided. Guests should leave the property in the same condition. A cleaning fee of euro 12 ( £ 8.16) each person will otherwise be deduced from the deposit. The landlord has fee access to the property for maintenance purposes-swimming pool, gardens, horses, etc…- The final cleaning is euro 12 ( £ 8.16) per person. - The cleaning of the apartment and the bed linen, kitchen linen, bathroom linen euro 12 ( £ 8.16) each person 1 time in the week (on Saturday).

I just wanted to tell you what a wonderful holiday we had at SantAngelo. The apartment was lovely and we had plenty of use in the beautiful pool.
You were also very helpful in sending us to some wonderful traditional Italian restaurants where we sampled some amazing local cuisine
