A fantastic seaside property with access to the promenade and beach. The view from the property is simply stunning at sun set with the added advantage of a heated swimming pool to be used at your leisure. The property is based as closed to the sea as you can get, and is within easy commutable distance to London, a 50minute train ride into Fenchurch Street and a 10 minute journey to London Southend Airport.
10 guests are accommodated in 3 double bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with 2 singled beds and a very comfortable sofa bed. 2 extra guests can be accommodated on a blow up mattress. 2 of the bedrooms benefit from large en-suites bathrooms (shower and bath) with a large family bathroom for the others. There is a large open plan space with a fully equipped modern kitchen, marble table seating six and lounge with Sky plus, making it an ideal entertaining space. Adjacent on the ground floor is a large hallway a separate dining room that easily seats 10 and a second large TV room. As well as the outdoor heated swimming pool there is a pool table and garden to roam in.

There is a fantastic decorative grey marble fireplace in the TV room and a basic kitchen to service the pool area.
This Seaside retreat is ideal for all whether you enjoy a stroll along the seaside of an evening or have a passion for jet skiing and sailing! With golf clubs and green spaces nearby you will never be short for something to do as a family or on a romantic break away. There is a local broadway with cafes, shops and restaurants as well as major clubs in the city centre that are perfect for letting your hair down. The property has a great mix of modern and art deco features that make it ideal for a weekend away from the city.
There is garage parking available as well as space for 3 cars on the drive. The property is fantastic for entertaining and the south facing garden with superb views of the thames is ideal all year round.

The Essex region
Thorpe Bay is small enclave within the larger town of Southend-On-Sea, within 50 minutes of London, and vast green spaces.
The town is famous for it's old fishing village, 'Old Leigh' where you can still find several fish mongers with their catch of the day! If you have time it is great to catch a football match at Southend United the local team, and a visit to Southend is not complete without trying the traditional stick of rock or jellied eels.
There are many places to explore perhaps the Southend Museum and Planetarium are a fantastic place to start.
