Large 3 bedroom Tuscan style house built in 2004 in a secure complex of 11 properties set in the beautiful subtropical area of Southbroom, surrounded by sandy beaches lapped by the warm Indian Ocean. Enjoy a round of golf at Southbroom's own established course and a further four courses within a short drive. Other attractions in the area include many fine restaurants, the Wild Coast Sun Resort which has a Theatre, Bowling Alley, Go Carts, Casino and fantastic golf course. Further afield within driving distance are the Drakensburg Mountains, historical Battlefields and the wonderful Ushaka Marine World in Durban.

The Kwa Zulu Natal region

Kwazula Natal is a sub tropical area with many fine sandy beaches that boarder the Indian Ocean. It enjoys all year round warm weather. The area is steaped in history and is the favourite holiday destination for South Africans. There are many local attractions, shopping malls and fine restaurants in this area.

Southbroom area

Ten minute drive from the bustlin holiday resort of Margate lies the sub tropical village of Southbroom surrounded by banana plantations it has its own deep lagoon and sandy beaches which offer great swimming and surfing conditions, where you can enjoy a meal and a glass of wine while watching the dolphins and occassional whales. Also taking in the views from the famous 4th hole while enjoying a game of golf.

How to get there

Fly into Durban International Airport, bear left onto the N2 towards Port Shepstone continue for approximately 90kilometers passing through one toll (14Rand). Stay on the motorway for a further 15k until you approach the only set of traffic lights which is at Southbroom, continue across and take the next left signpost Southrboom South, then first right and follow this road and then take the 3rd right into Bath Road. Bella Toscana entance is on the left hand side No.5 is the last but one on the left hand side.
