A lovely bonus is having your own garden to enjoy. The french doors lead out from the kitchen onto the decked area, followed by lawn and shrubs. Then, a gap in the hedge takes you to your own private woodland garden. When standing in this garden, you would find it hard to believe that you are less than 30 minutes from the West End of London.

This property has the most amazing garden. It's very long. The first part is decked, followed by lawn and shrubs. Then, wend your way along the path to a woodland sanctuary. You would never know that you are in London! It's quiet, peaceful and birdsong abounds. Perfect for that city break with something a little bit special.

Please note that there is a £50 supplement for a single night stay.
To secure a reservation, we require one third of the cost of your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to commencement of the rental.
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations made by the rentor for whatever reason shall be in writing by email or post. On receipt of notice of cancellation, we will seek to re-let the property for the whole period of the booking. If we succeed in re-letting the property for the whole period we will refund all monies paid less an administration charge of £50 per booking. If we are unable to re-let the property at all, then all monies paid by the rentor shall be forfeited.
It is strongly recommended that rentors take out Travel and Cancellation Insurance with an insurer of their choice.
