This beautiful two bedroom apartment is newly renovated for 2009. There are two double bedrooms with kingsize beds and high quality linens from Sandersons, Dorma, House of Fraser and John Lewis, including Egyptian cotton towels.
This is a lovely place to stay. A real haven and sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of your visit to this most vibrant capital city.
The garden is quite something. The french doors lead out from the kitchen onto the decked area, followed by lawn and shrubs. Then, a gap in the hedge takes you to your own private woodland garden! When standing in this garden, you would find it hard to believe that you are just 30 minutes from the West End of London.

Sofabed in Lounge area - When the sofabed is unfolded, it takes up most of the lounge space. Please note that the bathroom and kitchen are accessed via the lounge area so do take this into account when considering your sleeping arrangements.
Conditions
Please note that there is a £50 supplement for a single night stay.
To secure a reservation, we require one third of the cost of your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to commencement of the rental.
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations made by the rentor for whatever reason shall be in writing by email or post. On receipt of notice of cancellation, we will seek to re-let the property for the whole period of the booking. If we succeed in re-letting the property for the whole period we will refund all monies paid less an administration charge of £50 per booking. If we are unable to re-let the property at all, then all monies paid by the rentor shall be forfeited.
It is strongly recommended that rentors take out Travel and Cancellation Insurance with an insurer of their choice.
