If booking within 8 weeks of the commencement of the letting, the full rental sum is required with your booking form, together with a security deposit of £100.
If the booking is made earlier than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the letting a rental deposit of 50% is to be forwarded with your booking form. The balance together with security deposit is then due 8 weeks prior to the letting.
Security deposit refunded within 14 days subject to the usual inspection.
