This property is ideally suited for exploring London because of the easy access to the centre but provides a comfortable and quiet base away from the busy tourist sites. The A3 is only ten minutes drive and this route provides easy access to all the attractions of leafy Surrey.
The wide open spaces of Richmond park are also only a short drive away. Wimbledon Common is a short walk and here you can go horse riding, play golf or walk for miles in its beautiful open spaces.

The South East England / Greater London region
All the major attractions of London, Surrey and Kent are within easy reach. Central London with all its diverse attractions including St Pauls Cathedral, Tower of London, Westminster Abbey and the London Eye together with all its art galleries and museums is only 15 minutes away.
The south coast is an hour away by train - Brighton is a lovely coastal town with a famous pier and pavilion! Thorpe Park Adventure Park, Chessington World of Adventures and Legoland are all within easy reach for an exciting day out.
For those who enjoy visiting gardens the Royal Horticultural Society's show piece gardens including the magnificent new glasshouse are easy to visit at Wisley on the A3.
South-West London / Wimbledon area
As well as the famous tennis championships, Wimbledon boasts excellent shopping in the new shopping centre, a good range of restaurants, a recently refurbished theatre , magnificent walks on Wimbledon Common, and easy access to nearby attractions such as Hampton Court Palace.
A wonderful morning can be spent in Wimbledon village with its wide range of boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants followed by a visit to the world famous tennis courts and museum. You can walk for miles on the Common, play golf or even go horse riding.
Every summer a series of plays and concerts are held in the lovely Cannizaro Park a short walk from the village.For the energetic bicycles can be hired in Richmond Park which is home to the famous herd of wild deer.
How to get there
Wimbledon is easily accessed from the centre of London by underground and only 15 minutes from Waterloo main line railway station.
From Gatwick airport catch a central London train and change at Clapham Junction station onto a Wimbledon train.
From Heathrow catch one of the frequent Paddington trains and then change onto the District Line train to Wimbledon.
The house is then a five minutes taxi ride or a short bus journey away.

To confirm a booking 50% of the total fee must be paid into the nominated account three weeks before arrival. The remainder of the fee must be paid before arrival.
A £500 deposit against damages and to secure the booking will be required and this will be refunded 10 days after inventory. A charge of £100 will be made for cleaning and can be deducted from the deposit.
Weekends can be added at a rate of £250 per night.
