Home description

The beautiful recently refurbished house is spacious, light and very comfortable. Relaxing in the pretty garden is an easy way to escape the hussle and bussle of London and has that "being in the country feel".

The house is close to Wimbledon common and Richmond park.

The pretty 100' garden has outdoor dining facilities and plenty of seating.

The South East England / Greater London region

There are plenty of bars, resaurants, cafes and shops nearby in Putney and Southfields all within walking distance. River boat rides can be boarded in Putney both up and down the Thames.

The famous King's road in Chelsea and the delightful shop of Kensington High street are both a 20 minute tube journey away. There are plenty of local cinemas and the theatres and shops of the "West End" are a mere 40 minutes away.


South-West London / Southfields area

There are numerous tourist attractions in central London and the house is not far from these -being just a short underground journey away. The nearby A3 and M25 connects to all areas in the south, south east and south-west of England.

The modern bathroom has a great power shower and separate bath. there is a separate toilet. The large lounge has two comfy sofas (one a double sofa bed), TV, DVD player and a selection of DVD's to watch plus Free view.

The dining room has seating for 8 and the ultra modern kitchen is fully fitted out with modern conveniences.

There is a large dining table, with canopy. Swing sofa and pretty wooden bench plus two recliners for relaxation.

There is easy access to the A3 and M25 motorway providing a gateway to the south and south west of England and avoiding crossing central London. A cleaner can be arranged.


Conditions

A breakages deposit of £500 is required and will be refunded within two weeks of departure subject to a satisfactory inspection.

A 25% deposit is required on Booking and the balance on arrival.

Suitable for children.

Well behaved dogs allowed.
