Attractive eight year old townhouse which has been finished to a high standard and built over four floors. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with dining area leading onto a large decked area and pretty garden.

On the first floor there is a large sitting room and study/bedroom 4 with family bathroom. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, bedroom 2 and another family bathroom are on the second floor.

A large bedroom on the top floor completes this attractive house.

All the major attractions of London, Surrey and Kent are within easy reach. Central London with all its diverse attractions including St Pauls Cathedral, Tower of London, Westminster Abbey and the London Eye together with all its art galleries and museums is only 15 minutes away.

The south coast is an hour away by train - Brighton is a lovely coastal town with a famous pier and pavilion! Thorpe Park Adventure Park, Chessington World of Adventures and Legoland are all within easy reach for an exciting day out.

For those who enjoy visiting gardens the Royal Horticultural Society's show piece gardens including the magnificent new glasshouse are easy to visit at Wisley on the A3.

South West London

As well as the famous tennis championships, Wimbledon boasts excellent shopping in the new shopping centre, a good range of restaurants, a recently refurbished theatre , magnificent walks on Wimbledon Common,

and easy access to nearby attractions such as Hampton Court Palace.

A wonderful morning can be spent in Wimbledon village with its wide range of boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants followed by a visit to the world famous tennis courts and museum. You can walk for miles on the Common, play golf or even go horse riding.

Every summer a series of plays and concerts are held in the lovely Cannizaro Park a short walk from the village.For the energetic bicycles can be hired in Richmond Park which is home to the famous herd of wild deer.

"Fantastic property in Great location"

Beautiful house close to shops and transport. the owner was extremely helpful and answered all enquiries very promptly. The house was an excellent base to explore London.… More
