2 double bedroom apartment, set in a traditional Victorian terraced house (Beaumont House), furnished to a high specification and conveniently located within a 2 minute walk to Balham’s bustling high street and express transport links.

- 2 Double bedrooms providing options for single, double or king size bedding arrangements with all beds equipped with premium pocket sprung mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets.

- Designer bathroom lined with Italian travertine complete with bath, shower and WC facilities. Egyptian cotton towelling provided along with herbal soaps, bath oils and shampoos. We have been told “even the toilet paper is great!”

- “Country Cottage” back garden, ideal for relaxing and spending a summers evening outside or for the kids to play.

The South East England / Greater London region

Balham is surrounded by many of London’s attractions and is close to Wimbledon Tennis, Twickenham Rugby and concerts, and is also close to the wide open spaces of Wandsworth Common and Clapham Common.

A short train or tube journey (20mins) and you are in London, West End and all its attractions such as the London Eye, Piccadilly circus and Leicester Square (West End theatres, plays and musicals), Trafalgar Square, National and Tate Galleries, London Zoo, London Aquarium, a host of various Museums etc.
You can also visit Hyde Park, take a stroll into Kew gardens, Greenwich, Hampton court palace and more, all within easy reach.

The business district (Bank) is 19mins journey. It is also close to King’s Cross and St Pancras where the Eurostar train provides easy access to Paris, Brussels and onto the rest of Europe! Having all airports in good proximity with, major traffic routes in and out of London make the apartment extremely accessible and is a great base from which to travel for business or explore London and its surroundings.


South-West London / Balham area

Balham is a thriving ‘Arty’ district of London (surrounded by Clapham, Wimbledon, Wandsworth, Putney, Southfields and Battersea), known as the 'Gateway to the South’. In recent years it has undergone a massive transformation, becoming one of the top choices for Londoner's to live and travel into London. Not only liked by commuters due to excellent travel links, Balham's community feel has made it a popular residential location for professionals, families and a number of celebrities.

Balham has a number of thriving cosmopolitan restaurants, bars and coffee shops including smaller eateries for when you need a quick bite. . A host of varying restaurants to suit every palate including English, French and Italian, Moroccan, Thai and Nepalese to name but a few as well as some big name chef’s restaurants. 'Harrisons' is part-owned by Rick Stein!

If you fancy a drink, you will find an array of bars and pubs, the most famous of these being ‘The Bedford'. Winner of the Evening Standard award for Best London Pub 2002. The 'Banana Cabaret' part of the Bedford is a famous live music and comedy spot attracting big names into Balham and the ‘Balham Tup’, frequented by the locals where you can also play a game of pool, is all a few minutes walk way. 2 large supermarkets (Waitrose and Sainsbury’s) are about 1- 2min walk away with one just being at the end of the road.


Balham is also surrounded by the wide open spaces of Wandsworth Common, and Clapham Common with Tooting Lido which boasts Europe’s largest public open air swimming pool is all few mins walk away. Bigger sporting venues such as Wimbledon -tennis and Twickenham Rugby are all within an easy underground or train trip.

Transport hubs in and out of the country are also within easy reach. Heathrow, Gatwick and City airport are within easy reach via public transport or taxi and King’s Cross and St Pancras for the Eurostar terminal can be reached directly on the Northern Line from Balham

The pretty 'country cottage' garden is well maintained and has a patio area towards the back with a table and seating for upto 10 people. You can also setup a BBQ here to enjoy and relax after busy day at the city.

No smoking inside the premises.

A 30% non-refundable deposit to be received within one week of booking, with the balance to be paid at least 6 weeks prior to commencing rental.

A security deposit of £400 is required in cash on arrival or paid into our bank account at the time of paying the final balance.

This security deposit will be returned at the end of your rental if the apartment is left in a satisfactory condition, directly to your bank account in 1 week of vacating the apartement.
