This is a luxury self catering apartment in a quiet residential road 3 minutes walk from the High Street. There is underground parking and a lift to the flat. The Apartment has recently been completely refurbished and offers a comfortable base from which to explore London and Surrey. Beautifully furnished with large screen TV & wi fi.

The apartment is accessed from a modern lift or stairs. There is also direct access by lift from from the underground car park.. This means the property is ideal for those who find steps difficult. There is allocated parking for 2 cars and further use of unallocated parking. There is also shared use of a landscaped garden. The flat was refurbished in August 2012 and so benefits from brand new carpets ,beds and mattresses and a modern floor to ceiling tiled bathroom with bath and shower.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds, both rooms have wardrobes. There are 2 John Lewis bed chairs in the reception room. The kitchen is fully fitted with all crockery, cutlery cooking utensils that might be needed.. Linen and towels are provided

Short Stays of 4-6 days.

Unfortunately the software only allows me to quote for a daily rate which is only applicable for a 3 day stay. If you would like to stay for 4-6 days please contact me and I will discount the daily rate for you.

A 30% sterling deposit is required to confirm the booking and the balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. A damage deposit is also to be paid. Payment can be made direct to our bank account,cheque, or paypal or credit card if you book direct through Holiday Lettings/Trip Advisor.

Please note smoking is not allowed inside the flat or the common parts.

Just a stone's throw from London, Surbiton offers a great diversity of things to do. With fantastic attractions to visit, including gardens and historic houses, as well as mouth watering restaurants, cafes and pubs that cater for all tastes.

Historic villages nestle perfectly alongside vibrant towns, surrounded at every turn by the stunning Surrey countryside and landscapes. It also has great shopping in Central London. Kingston , Epsom and Guildford.

South West London

Surbiton offers pubs and excellent restaurants together with a Waitrose supermarket & Marks & Spencers. Kingston Upon Thames offer excellent shopping, restaurants, theatres and multi screen cinemas. Sandown (at Esher) and Epsom racecourse are within a short drive.
