The apartment has a clean contemporary feel to it, with a splash of antiques to give it character. The Open plan living area comprising of a kitchen, dining area and sitting room. The kitchen is white and minimalist, well equipped and with an electric induction hob. A kitchen starter pack and simple herbs are provided. The sitting room has a large new sofa bed with a bean bag for extra seating, all in front of a flat screen TV.

The large Bed room, situated at the back of the property is quiet and cosy. There is a large comfortable bed which can either be made up as two singles or a super king bed.

The neutrally decorated en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower above it. Fluffy white towels and Branche d' Olive products are provided.

The Apartment is only 5 houses away from the open spaces of a large park. Lovely for picnics, strolls or Run. There are also tennis courts, children's play ground and the Lido (largest fresh water pool in Europe, at just over 90M).

Ritherdon road, the closest parade of amenities is very popular with the neighbourhood, with a lovely French Cafe, delicious bakery tea shop, specialist wine store, Beauticians, art gallery and "Quirky' antiques store. There is also a Supermarket just round the corner.

The South East England region

Where ever you want to go to, what ever you want to see in London, Balham Station having main line and tube has very good connections to the majority of the London sites. Whether you want to take in a West End show, go to one of the many Galleries, London Dungeons, Madame Tussauds, Buckingham palace, Houses of Parliment, London Zoo, Hampton Court and many more.

South West London

Balham is South of the river in the borough of Wandsworth. Like neighbouring Clapham it has undergone a massive transformation over recent years.The area is one of THE places to live in London for commuters, young families and indeed celebrities.

There is a large selection of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets in the area.

As well as the facilities on the Common you have Balham Leisure Centre near by with gym, exercise classes, indoor pool and squash courts. There are easy train links to the West End, Wimbledon Tennis, Wimbledon Greyhound Stadium, Twickenham Rugby stadium, Kew gardens and Richmond upon Thames.
