"IDEAL LOCATION, VERY SPACIOUS - QUALITY SERVICE AND FITTINGS"
My husband and I stayed in this apartment over the half term holidays end of October beginning of November, in order to visit children and grandchildren. On such visits we feel the need for a 'home from home' - a 'bolt hole' to be able to crawl back to, after exciting but often exhausting family visits and outings.
We know the area well, having lived there for many years when the children were growing up, but were pleasantly surprised by the changes that have taken place in Worcester Park. There are now many restaurants and pubs, an excellent Waitrose and of course very good train connections to central London.
The apartment, which is within easy walking distance from the town centre and the train station, is set back well from the pleasant leafy road where it is situated. We rented it as a one bed apartment and yet had the full private use of a spacious kitchen/living room with room for 6 to 8 people to sit down comfortably for a family dinner! The bedroom and bathroom were also spacious and light. The shower functioned perfectly (not always a certainty in England) and all equipement was of top quality. The only thing missing fom the otherwise complete set of utensils, crockery etc. was a teapot...probably a temporary little hitch and hardly likely to mar this good experience.
Other reviewers have also commented on the warm and welcoming personality of our hostess, Ann - we can only endorse this - yes please Ann, we'd like to come back another time!

"Ann and the Worcester Park Apartment are Excellent!"
We so much appreciated the opportunity to stay at the Worcester Park Apartment. Ann is an excellent host, providing us with everything we needed to have a most pleasant stay in England. The information booklet presented at check-in was most appreciated, as well as the assistance and friendliness of Ann, who was always willing to help us with whatever was needed. The apartment is lovely - very clean and well maintained, and in an excellent location to utilize the train into London every day. It's in a nice neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. If we ever travel to London again, we would definitely want to stay here! Thanks so much for a great week!

"All the convenience of home with easy travel to London"
Mary Lee, Joe and I all loved staying here. We felt like we were living in a comfortable house rather than a cramped hotel room, especially for 2 weeks! Getting to London and surrounding areas was very easy as we were within 5 minutes walk to Worcester Park train station. We were able to make our own breakfasts and dinners which saved us a lot of money. And the back garden was a nice place to have a quiet breakfast.

"Don't even bother looking any further! This is That Perfect Place."
My husband and I recently visited the UK and Ireland; we stayed in five different places and by far, this was our fave- the rest of the time we longed for this homey, bright, cheery home away from home! Ms. Dowd, the owner, is as helpful and charming as you could hope for- everything in this immaculate and comfy place is perfect. We loved coming "home" after exhausting days in London- which, BTW, is VERY convenient to get to from here. (All transport is very easy from here!) there's even a w/d you can use before you head off for your next stay. Oh and....as lovely as these photos are, they don't even come close to doing it justice. It's even nicer in person once you get there! Wi-Fi, 2 tvs, full kitchen, deposit returned promptly. Oh yes- there is a MARVELOUS grocery store close by. Wish we had it here at home! Worcester is a charming town to explore, too.
Don't do hours of research like I did--- just book it. You'll love it as much as we did. Can't wait to get back!

We recently stayed in Worcester Park for a week at this apartment and I have to say I loved this place. I hadn't used holiday lettings before so was a bit apprehensive but the lady we dealt with Ann Dowd made it so easy and was lovely.
The premises itself are exactly as the pictures on the website. There were two tvs in the apartment, a good sized bedroom and bathroom and open plan kitchen sitting room area. We rented it as a one bed apartment. I was not dissapointed at all and felt right at home.
The location is as described. It's literally 10 minutes from Wimbledon and 20 minutes from Waterloo by train. The buses are very frequent and reliable also. We got the bus in from Heathrow and also took a trip to Kingston one of the days.
I would highly recommend this property.

"A welcome home"
Our flat was spacious and very well equipped. It was within easy walking distance of the station and of local shops.
The owner was extremly welcoming and very helpful.

"A delightful, tasteful, lovely, comfortable, welcoming and homely flat"
This flat is beautifully furnished and presented. It's very comfortable to stay in and the owners have thought of everything. Ann was there to meet us and she really is a delightful and charming woman who is extremely friendly and welcoming. We hope very much to stay there again!
