A spacious double bedroom in a 2 bedrooms flat with living room, kitchen, bathroom, small service balcony 7 minutes away from Central London. Located in a lovely very quiet street.


This is a spacious 2 bedroom flat in a very quiet street. The flat has been recently refurbished, painted and has new laminated floor throughout. All furniture is BRAND NEW, including bed, mattresses and pillows, as well as kitchen appliances (cuttlery, kettle, plates, cups, etc...) and other furnitures.


The flat comprises of 2 double bedrooms (1 taken by me), a kitchen, a bathroom and a living area.

The guest room is the master bedroom, and it has a high quality bed, a desk, a chest of drawers and lots of storage space. It is very spacious and has a super king size bed, perfect for couples. That bed can be replaced by 2 twins so this would also suit 2 friends. It's available for a single occupant also. There are 2 built-in wardrobes with hangers. Bath and guest towels will be provided. You will have a key for the bedroom in case you wish to lock it safely for peace of mind.

The living area has a 37" LED 3DTV with cable TV and Xbox, wifi, brand new sofa, rug and cushions.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pans and microwave, so you can have breakfast and cook your meals. I only ask that you leave things in the same state you found them: hob and sink clean of food.

The bathroom has been recently painted and power shower is also brand new.

There's a small 4 year old terrier dog living in the flat with me called Jake. He's very quiet, well behaved, and usually keeps to himself. He's not usually allowed in the guest bedroom, unless guests invite him in.


Guests will have access to the entire flat, apart from my bedroom. Feel free to cook your meals and make use of the fridge.

I'm happy to have as much or as little interaction as needed by the guest. I'll be available to help with directions and some top spots nearby and in town.


This is a fantastic neighborhood where you can find everything. Clapham Junction is the busiest train station in the whole of England and from here you can access the best places in the country. Central London is only 10 minutes away, and iconic locations such as Windsor Castle, Hampton Court Palace and Brighton are 1 direct train.

The flat is located in a very quiet street just off the main road. There's a huge Asda supermarket just next door, and the main road is full of bars, restaurants, convenience shops, hairdressers, and all types of shops, from wholefoods to furniture stores.


The flat is located 8 minutes walk from the train station. There's a bus stop in front of the flat which can take you to the station in 2 minutes if you prefer (buses 87, 77 and 156). Your travelcard should cover it all so you can use (email hidden)APHAM JUNCTION OVERGROUND AND TRAIN STATION
