Access to the Upper Apartment is via a communal hallway and staircase – the flat covers the whole of the top floor of our home.

This 65-sq-metre (700-sq-ft) apartment has a generous size kitchen/diner/sitting room and two good size bedrooms (one with twin beds/UK superking double and one with a UK king double). The fully-equipped kitchen/diner/sitting room has a leather sofa bed which can sleep an additional two guests. It has tv, dvd, dishwasher, fridge, microwave/conventional oven, stove, iron, ironing board, safe, espresso machine and cafetiere (French press).

?The flat has a free wireless internet, tv, dvd player, i-pod dock, hairdryer and a safe. The light and airy bathroom features a double Belfast sink, a powerful shower/deep bath.

The South East England region

The apartment is close to the Underground in Stockwell, south central London. The West End just 10 minutes away by tube. Clapham High Street with its many shops and restaurants is a ten-minute walk away, while the lively area of Brixton with its burgeoning restaurant scene is 10-minutes walk in the other direction.

South West London

We are in a quiet residential street, opposite a small supermarket which is open from 7-11 seven days a week. We are well connected for the West End with Stockwell being on both the Northern and Victoria lines. There are also good bus and overground train services that operate in the local area.
