All the rooms in the renovated cottage have ocean views and breezes. The master bedroom offers a queen bed and walk in shower. The second bath is accesable from two bedrooms, one with a queen bed one with a bunk bed and trundle bed. All bedrooms and living room have large screen TV/DVD/VCR/MP3 combos. Ceiling fans and comfort are throughout the house. Large great room with sleeper sofa and fireplace and complete modern kitchen. Designed and decorated with vacation dreams in mind come play at Pelican Pass.

The cottage is completely and comfortably furnished including full kitchen and laundry facilities, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and towels, kayak, all linens, barbeque grill, some movies, wading pool, kids’ games and toys and books.
There is also an I-pod sound system and wireless broadband internet free of charge.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a large walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed and shares a bathroom, with a tub/shower combo, with the bunk room which has a trundle set and a set of bunk beds. There is a queen sofa-sleeper and crib for your use as well.

Pelican Pass is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean with a natural pristine State Park across the street. We offer ample parking, outside showers to rinse off the salt water, large southern patio and oceanside deck. 6'x12' wading pool great for kids and adults, beach chairs, umbrellas and toys, with a grassy front lawn and short walkover to the beach. We are currently landscaping new pictures available soon. An ideal private setting.

This beach cottage is located directly on the Atlantic ocean where you can enjoy Northeast Florida's temperate climate, a variety of water bodies, and outdoor activities all year round. Winter humdrums don't exist, enjoy summer and spring conditions all year long.

Located just 15 minutes from Old St. Augustine, Americas oldest city and home to the fountain of youth, just 15 minutes from world famous golf at Sawgrass TPC, and just 2 minutes from one Guana Park one of Floridas beautiful bird and nature Parks with canoe and hiking trails. Shopping, antiquing, arts and food festivals and all types of dining and entertainment are in every direction to fit every taste and budget. Boat ramps and water sports are easily accesed from St. Augustine or out the front door.

3 generations of my family stayed at Pelican Pass and we all enjoyed a very comfortable week. The cottage is well furnished and a perfect holiday home for all from Grandad to Grandson. The fresh flowers and welcome basket were greatly appreciated as were the toys - both inside and out.

Our stay at Pelican Pass was simply wonderful! The oceanfront yet private beach location of the cottage was ideal and the accommodations were top notch. My husband and I always look for something special when we travel... we like to find those places that feel like they could be our own home. This met all of our expectations and even more. The inside of the cottage was very roomy and oh so comfortable. From the welcome basket on the dining table to the fireplace in the living area, the space invited us in. From the oceanfront bedrooms you could go to sleep watching the stars and hearing the waves come in. The outdoor living spaces made the property seem even larger. Two sun patios with lounging and dining spaces were my favourite spots. I had to tear myself away to even go inside. The oceanfront private beach was beyond compare! We will certainly keep this cottage on our MUST stay list.

We have stayed at Carolyn Woods, Pelican Pass two times and each time it gets better! Carolyn provides everything you could possibly want or need. I love her place, it is so cozy and comfortable. The sunset at night on the patio are absolutely breath taking, the sound of the ocean roar while you rest your head on her lovely fluffy pillows, drifts you into a dream of paradise and enchanting themes. It is clean and your little ones have all they need to keep busy. I recommend this lovely cottage to anyone who wants a vacation that has everything! Thanks Carolyn

Love this wonderful beach cottage. Carolyn provides everything you could possibly imagine. Very clean and homey atmosphere. Loved every moment we were there. We all wished we could have stayed longer. The roses and welcome basket is a very thoughtful gesture. I cannot think of one thing negative to say about this beach cottage. We had a most memorable stay and will definitely return if at all possible. Thanks, Carolyn, for everything.

For the second year in a row, I stayed at Pelican Pass for a meeting in Ponte Vedra and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This year, the padded lounge chairs were a GREAT addition. Also, it was nice having the wireless internet. (I don't remember it last year if it was there.) The best part is that it's private and not a crowded beach. I will definitely book this cottage again in 2010 to coincide with my meeting dates.
