Situated close to the main farmhouse on a working farm, these 18th century Grade ll listed barns, set in beautiful countryside within a short drive of Exmoor, offer spacious accommodation with panoramic views. They are tastefully renovated retaining much original character and charm.
The properties are perfect retreats for those seeking a countryside getaway, yet are conveniently located for the amenities and varied attractions North Devon has to offer, with its wonderful sandy beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Westward Ho! For those who wish to stay closer to home you are welcome to wander freely around the farm and enjoy many walks which can start right from the cottage door. The market town of South Molton is a short drive (as is Barnstaple), with its twice weekly pannier/farmers markets. Lynmouth with its unique cliff railway to Lynton, small pebble beach and spectacular walks along the coast path make a lovely day out.

With access direct from the parking area, this accommodation is arranged on one level and is the upper floor of a banked barn with wide access doors suitable for wheelchairs and offers ONE bedroom: double with additional folding guest bed if required. Bathroom: with large double shower and folding wall mounted shower bench. The WC is equipped with grab rails and folding support rails. Lounge/kitchen/diner: large, open-plan with large sofa bed to sleep 2, TV, DVD, Freeview, gas cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: double doors from the lounge lead onto a patio and enclosed garden with outdoor seating and BBQ. Amenities: heating subject to a small charge of £20 per week from the 1 October - 30 April, payable direct to owner. 1 dog welcome. Additional info: sleeps 2 + 2 on a sofa bed.
