It is a perfect retreat for those seeking a countryside getaway yet is conveniently located for the many amenities and attractions North Devon has to offer. Leisure facilities: hot tub for 4 on decking. Stabling: for your own horse(s) including grazing. Livery yard. Lessons for you and your own horse with the owner who is a qualified BHSAI instructor can be arranged at a reasonable charge prior to your stay to avoid disappointment. Farm activities: guests are welcome to roam the land and watch seasonal activities including lambing calf feeding and harvesting. The whole of the ground floor is on one level carefully designed to allow people who are partially disabled to enjoy the property and offers THREE bedrooms: all with tea and coffee making facilities and TV.
