"Perfect location in lovely quiet setting"

Greeted by the log burner warming the cottage on a cool wet summers day, and a home made cake from the owner in the fridge along with fresh eggs from the farm. The owners were great and asked if our two children wanted to help with the animals one evening, which they loved. My girls were gutted they never got chance to ride one of the horses, but we just ran out of time with all our days out and getting back to the cottage late some nights.

Location wise, lovely peaceful setting, about 7 miles from South Molton (plenty of takeaways here, to call in on the way home after a day out) but also just a couple of minutes to reach the A361. Under an hours drive to the likes of Ilfracombe, Woolacombe, Clovelly, Lynmouth etc and just over an hour to Torbay.

As well as the above, we also cycled on the Tarka Trail neat Barnstaple and went to a beautiful quiet beach / cove at Woody Bay, nr Lynmouth.

The cottage was beautifully furnished. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you'd want and the living room was cozy and relaxing after a day out. Overall, value for money one of the best cottages we've stayed in. Only downside was no wi-fi, but can't complain at the price.

Thanks for your kind comments, we are glad you enjoyed it, Hope to see you again soon.
