The double reception room forms a lounge with LCD TV, CD player, DVD player, two large sofas and a gas fireplace; and, a dining area with a large dining table with 6 high back dining chairs and patio doors leading out onto a sunny 40ft landscaped garden. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher, large fridge and Miele double oven. The utility room/conservatory leads off the kitchen and holds the freezer and Miele washing machine and dryer.

The master bedroom has a superking size bed and built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage for guests, while the second bedroom has a kingsize bed and a small conservatory with a sofa overlooking the rear garden. The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower and vanity sink. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

Forest Hill and Honor Oak Park are leafy London suburbs with excellent transport links into central London. The house is a 10 minute walk to Honor Oak Park station (or you could catch the P4 bus from the bottom of the street), where there is a frequent train service to London Bridge (taking 12 minutes) and the East London/Overground line (linking with the Jubilee underground line) . Canonbie Road is one of London's highest points and has spectacular views over London and is a very popular and amazing spot to enjoy London's new years' fireworks display.

There are a number of supermarkets, including Sainsbury's, close by to the property. Local attractions include the Horniman Museum and Aquarium and the Dulwich Picture Gallery, numerous parks and open spaces (including Dulwich Park, Sydenham Woods and Crystal Palace) and plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants.
