This one bedroom apartment is in the heart of Croydon, very close to East Croydon station surrounded by a wealth of shopping centres, parks, bars, and restaurants.
The apartment is on the first floor, benefits from a recent redesign.
The apartment comprises of a fully fitted kitchen, shower room and a lounge with a sofa bed which can comfortably sleep 2 persons.
The apartment is ideal for 4 persons or a family.

Included in our daily rates are:
-Clean towels and bed linen.
-Clean bathroom with shampoo and body wash.
-Simple electrics such as iron, hair dryer are provided.
-A light breakfast of tea, coffee and cereals. ?

-Fully equipped kitchen including Washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, cooking facilities.
Croydon has a major advantage in its location. It is exactly in the middle between Gatwick Airport and London downtown.
To Central london
London Bridge. There is fast train service running between East Croydon, and London Bridge every 5 minutes. West end and city attractions are within 15 minutes reach.
London Victoria. There is also frequent train service to London Victoria. Museums and Embassy are also within each reach.
To Gatwick Airport:
From East Croydon to Gatwick Airport, it's about 15 minute journey and only costs £4.90 much more cheaper than taking Gatwick express (£20 one way).
The house was Grade II listed in 1951. In 1953, it was leased to the Royal School of Church Music and served as head office for its music publishing operation, as well as serving as a residential college and choir school until 1996, when a private company took it over for development as a conference and banqueting venue, health farm and country club. It is used extensively for weddings.
It is surrounded by a park and golf courses, and its gardens are still largely in their original design. Much of the grounds have been leased by golf clubs.
A famous very large cedar tree stands next to the Palace.

Croydon is the main hub of London Tramlink light rail system. Serving daily to New Addington, Wimbledon. The Tennis Championships is held here every year.

"Clean, nicely decorated, and roomy"
