Modern and spacious three bedroom flat with amazing view of South London from the 13 floor. Newly built, comfortable to live in and to commute to central London in approx 30 minutes. Train journey itself is less than 15 minutes. Major Supermarkets just walk away.
Comfortable to live in and to commute to and from central London. Very easy access from Gatwick Airport. Multiple nearby major shopping centres just walking a distance, and just cross the road there is quality Tesco Express store for all your needs at a very convenient price. Manned 24hr security staff & CCTV so your stay would be safe and sound.
The entire flat will be yours. So 2 double bedrooms, and one single bedroom. Master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom shower. A fully functioning Kitchen, All of your standard kitchen appliances, pots and pans. I also have a washer/tumble dryer if you wish to wash clothes during your stay. Cleaning appliances, toilet roll & towels will be provided and clean bedding. There will be wardrobe space available in each room to hang your clothes up. Also there will be access to secure underground parking for one car.
I am only a short 10 minute drive away should you have any problems and I am always accessible by phone and e-mail.
Croydon town centre is less than 10 minutes walk or 3-5 minutes bus journey. It is the second largest shopping centre in Greater London.
The main town centre is within walking distance, with travel into London 30 minutes away from local access stations, West and East Croydon. Brighton by the coast is around 30 minutes by train.
Excellent bus network just outside the building, Tram is approx 7-10 minutes walk or 3-5 minutes by bus. You can use the tram to get to East Croydon station and from there London Victoria is only 15 minutes away, London Bridge 13 minutes away. All little details will be provided on arrival.

South East London
Croydon has superb transport links. East Croydon station is one of the UK's busiest rail interchanges, where the journey time to London Bridge can be as little as 13 minutes. To London Victoria 15 minutes.
There are also services from East Croydon to Clapham Junction, Gatwick Airport, St Pancras International, Brighton, Luton, Bedford, Eastbourne, Southampton and Portsmouth.
The Croydon Tramlink reaches destinations as far afield as Wimbledon and Beckenham.
The main town centre is within walking distance. West Croydon Station is only 7-9 minutes walk, from there you can go directly to London Victoria or London Bridge, alternatively you can use the tram to get to East Croydon (only 3-5 minutes tram journey) for more transport options. Brighton on the south coast is around 30 minutes by train. London Gatwick airport is only 15 minutes!
Excellent bus network just outside the building. A day travel card will cover all transportation cost. All little details will be provided on arrival.
