This beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment is perfect for individuals, families or business travelers wanting a short or long stay at this “home away from home”. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people as it has two double bedrooms and two sofa beds in the sitting room area.
Located in The Royal Borough of Greenwich, South-East London. It's a short walk along the riverside to Woolwich Arsenal where the rail and DLR Stations provide quick and easy connections to Central London and Kent. The Thames Clipper boat service which is nearby also provides a quirky alternative for travel into central London. The property is conveniently located for easy access to O2 arena, Excel, City Airport, Greenwich Park and Stratford Olympic village.
The bathroom has a shower bath with shower screen, washbasin and toilet. Toiletries and towels are provided as well as hair dryer and straighteners.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washer dryer, fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and all the crockery/cutlery/utensils you will need for a self-catering stay. The lounge area features an electric fire and has a flat screen HD TV with Freeview channels, USB connectivity and integrated DVD player. Wifi access is available throughout the flat.
Oyster Cards are available for borrowing for cheaper traveling in London. Tube & Train maps are available for your use. 1 minute walk to car park.
Whilst there can be up to 8 guests, parties of 5 or more will be charged an additional £10 per person per night. The minimum stay is two nights.
A security deposit of £200 GBP will be requested during the check-in. Check-in is 14:00 – 20:00 GMT. Outside of these times, a £15 surcharge is applicable.
A baby cot and a high chair available upon request.
Apartment is not suitable for loud parties, as it is in a residential area. Guests found to be disturbing the peace will be lose their deposit and be asked to leave immediately.
Please note, smoking is not permitted inside the flat.
